自佐敦店過多月前關門後,要吃至愛的蛋餅 (包括洋蔥三文魚和黑松露雞肉蛋餅) 和生朱古力,還有我朋友至愛的開心果燒餅和曲奇只能去其荔枝角店了! 其實於佐敦店之前曾出過類似上海大餅的大件三角型的蔥油麵包,麵包不太厚 (實在很怕那些只得大大份而無乜餡的麵包😅),蔥和火腿粒充足,絕不吝嗇;惟有幸吃過兩、三次後已沒再出現了😥! 我同學亦稱讚'好食'! 希望與此三角型的蔥油麵包仲有緣相見啦😅🙏!至於自家製的生朱古力,味道和濃道可媲美瑞士皇室某品牌的朱古力,價錢平許多;惟買後務必要立刻回家,因之前某夏日買後仲去旺角行左兩粒鐘才返家,才發覺朱古力溶成一餅,幸好的是放進雪櫃冰格後仍食得😅! 此教訓叫我買了生朱古力後務必立刻返家!至於開心果燒餅乃我朋友至愛,比起嘉多娜 (即嘉多利) 的開心果燒餅,我朋友總覺得四喜的完勝; 皮薄餡料更香🙋。另外,她去店鋪四次,當中三次總買切片曲奇,近來多次也買不到腰果曲奇了。 從未試過曲奇的我,下次試下,不過我只會買唧花曲奇😅!爭

假日同友人到荔枝角Lunch後周圍行下,忽然想起四喜,記得曾經幫襯佢嘅月餅都幾正,想去睇下。曲奇都多款式。種類都幾多,有麵包、各款曲奇、蛋糕仔、可頌及自家製飲品等見到有開心果系列,燒餅、可頌及布丁撻,但都係比開心果燒餅又吸引左,好飽又想試下即買了。開心果燒餅,$10,餅皮煙韌,內餡開心果醬及碎粒味道濃郁,甜度適中,不俗。花生燒餅,$7。今次只食過燒餅,味道都幾好,下次有機再來試下曲奇同麵包先,支持小店。長沙灣青山道500號百美工業大廈地下B6-8號舖

Passed by 2 bakeries that I wanted to try today around this area. Although they don't sell their layered bread, I saw that they have a flat croissant, which is definitely not common so I decided to try it. Besides looking quite cute, the flat croissant was quite delightful to have. It was almost like a large chip with a lot of Katsuobushi toppings. The mentaiko gave this snack just enough flavors without overpowering the buttery aroma. Despite I called it a snack, it was actually quite large and kept me full even till dinner. Definitely worth the price and looking forward to try their sweet flavors as well.

Grab my daily bun at my favourite neighbourhood bakery. Pick of the day is Goose oil, spring onions and bacon bun. Smells good with the goose oil, it’s a nostalgic flavour of Hong Kong-style green onion pancake. The bun is light and airy. I like that there are sesame seeds sprinkled on the top, and the amount of juicy spring onions is appropriate. Would appreciate it even more if they put additional bacon strips~
