行街行到悶,突然間朋友說不如試一試潮州野食囉,哇,搵晒成個旺角都真係唔多潮州菜選擇🤔🤔你話日本菜韓國菜就真係多喇。入到餐廳,位置唔算多,但也不是十分擠迫,仲有椅子可以安放我的戰利品🤩我們叫了滷水鵝片,腐乳炒通菜,蠔餅和一飯一粥🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩滷水鵝片咸得剛剛好,肉片唔會太軔,林林地下面的豆腐和花生又夠入味🤩🤩🤩🤩腐乳炒通菜唔知係咪太耐無食腐乳,今次食到真係覺得好香,好咸(可能我太耐無食啦)送飯一流🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩蠔餅又脆又熱,蠔仔落足料,我們三兩啖就吃光了!

潮州食物在香港都有好多不同店舖,但這間的質素都保持不錯所以都會和朋友一齊來吃,今次我地三個人來吃晚餐,等了一會就有位坐,當然首先一枝啤酒先啦,食物方面必食的蠔餅,但今次炸得比較燶左少少,蛋老一點,幸好蠔肉都大隻而鮮甜。足料蠔仔粥就來到,嗅得好香蠔味而口感軟熟濃郁蠔香,粥底都綿口感不錯,味道又剛剛好吾會太咸。這裡的炸野食就比較厚身同冇咁熱就覺一般。這個蜆介鯪魚球不是好多地方同不是人人喜歡,難得朋友都岩食當然叫一個來吃,鯪魚球幾熱夠新鮮,魚肉都口感彈牙,蜆介唔太咸但醬汁勁濃味好惹味,配鯪魚球夾一個蜆介一齊食好味道,整體食物質素都可以而坐得都舒服,吹下水飲杯酒的確不錯。

We came at dinner time, and here’s still having several vacant tables though the restaurant isn’t so big. But their table is a bit crowded for more people siting together. It’s a bit crowded and not so comfy having meal here. But can’t deny that, the food is indeed delicious here, haaa, i like almost all dishes(;I like the texture of Pig Blood Curd which is just right between softness and thicknessLove this tender pork knuckle so so much!! I’ve never tried that tender knuckle, so lovely and yummy, the sauce is just too good!Bribe duck with tofu is also good, I like soft tofu with strong flavor so much. Can’t get enough even finished the whole dish tofu, haaaaFried oyster cake is so crispyyy and the lovely taste though it’s evil too, haa, I think it’s good eating this cake without dipping the sauceBabylon Shell is not so sweet even they’re big one, believe me, the smaller one with stronger seafood taste and sweetness. This big one is just ok for meFried Choy sum is fine here too, adding a bit freshness here, haamenu:The environment not really flavoring though the food is really good here! 我成日同friend出旺角行街,晚上見到呢間打冷鋪成日好多人等位,那晚我同 兩個friend特登嚟食下,因為我地都好食打冷。入到去D格局有D大排檔feel,夠親民。叫咗炸大腸,椒鹽九肚魚,韮菜豬紅,鹵水鵝,鹵水什錦,我最愛食潮州鹵味,D鹵水餓入晒味,陳年鹵水香醇帶甘甜,鵝肉獨特肉味,越吃越滋味,鹵水什錦中鵝腸和豬大腸最好吃,爽彈煙韌又豐膄,吸收晒鹵汁香,好好食。另外炸大腸也很巧手,腸皮炸得脆,入面夠又軟腍,有一種肥的"蘇"香,好食到連友人也叫了支青島啤啤下。我唔啤叫了支玉泉忌廉,配番椒鹽九肚魚,炸得香脆,椒鹽味又出,魚味好,呢餐打冷水準好,後會再有期。

女朋友去咗幾日泰國返到嚟當然要帶佢食好嘢啦!😃繼上次帶咗去食明記潮館之後,今次又揀咗喺砵蘭街嘅打冷老店 - 新泉發。😇喺鋪頭外面望左幾望,見到座無虛席諗住碰碰運氣,點知鋪入邊角位仲有一張枱仔,當然捉女朋友入去啦😗 一貫老店嘅作風,廚房都係好開揚,我哋坐嗰張枱正正望住廚房煮嘢!🤨先睇餐牌,其實都係嗰幾款打冷選擇,但正正選擇唔多所以着出嚟先夠風味!✅韭菜豬紅:基本上每次打冷我都會點嘅餸,韭菜非常之彈牙,豬紅點堆秘製嘅辣椒油簡直係一絕!✅蠔仔肉碎粥:其實本來我係我係方魚肉碎粥嘅,但落單嗰位老店員應該聽錯咗😝最後嚟咗蠔仔粥。個人認為食粥嘅話溫度係好重要,端上時熱辣辣簡直係正,不過蠔仔就唔係太多,但係粥幾粘!✅著名潮州滷水鵝片:雖然賣相唔係好討好,不過味道就一流,絕對有鵝嘅味道。不過略嫌每一塊嘅厚薄唔係太均勻,稍為失色少少。✅臘肉炒芥蘭:呢個時間應該芥蘭當做嘅時候,但係就冇咗芥蘭嗰種清甜,我個人喜歡臘肉有點油膩嘅感覺🤓呢碟嘅臘肉比較乾身。至於其他餸菜選擇大家亦都可以自行試下,我見到蠔餅都好靚,同埋比較多人叫炒蜆!——————————食物質素:8/10環境衛生:6/10舒適度:6/10服務:7/10 性價比:7.5/10總評分:6.9/10——————————#foodblogger #foodlover #foodie #hkfoodie #相機食先 #旺角
