餐厅位于中环H Queen’s 19/F,很方便。与好友相聚庆祝生日🎂,之前食过餐厅午餐都唔错,所以就试吓晚餐🍴Omakase 厨师发办,一个非常好的方式, 没有特定餐牌及菜式, 由厨师按季节当造及当天最好的食材来决定,避免选择困难症的我们😂😂选清酒🍶就交俾经理介绍,非常专业。厨师开始前已经询问我们有什么不食,非常贴心💕上菜次序由淡到浓,油分较重的菜式也会在中后段才出现,最后以热汤+甜点作为完美总结。现时餐厅做优惠有8折,性价比高,值得推荐👍👍

真系食过好多次oma, 呢间真系一定要打番个食评首先 我系点premium 既oma, 价钱系1788由头到尾,我除左系食旧鱼叫做料理之外其他都系食寿司,一系就拎枝火枪 烧几下,完全无厨艺可言。食之前问佢拎menu. 佢话无。 要当日先知,又话要睇下当日有d 咩番。如果真系知道90%系呢d 咁既食材,真系觉得唔需要1788, 即使去食千両,每人食1000 我都几保证一定好食过呢间野第二,个师傅著d 衫,衣不称身,原全无高级寿司店,甚至中级都无,就连争先既师傅既衣著都比呢间店专业。第三,服务真系唔掂,之前食1500-2500一位既oma ,茶,wasabi 都系d staff 好快就会有安排,基本上佢先你食左一啖,都好自动会黎斟。都唔洗叫,不过我觉得都好少事。只轻轻一提第四,环境除左果只所谓既船头之外。内里装修连打卡既兴趣都提唔起劲。

If you know me well, you’ll know that Gassan is the only omakase place I keep returning to. This time, I visited again when they were offering a 20% discount on their dinner omakase. As expected, it didn’t disappoint. The meal started with creamy Shirako and the award-winning Nagasaki Karen Oyster, both of which were incredibly delicious and made for a fantastic beginning. They smoked the baby tuna with straw, which gave off a unique aroma, and the texture of the tuna was absolutely marvelous. For the sushi section, I tried Aoyagai for the first time. It looked similar to ark shell but was sweeter and, of course, very delicious. The anglerfish liver, decorated with Chinese shumai, was a special touch, maintaining its exceptional flavour. .We had many more dishes, and everything was fantastic.
