又到左食煲仔飯既時節⛄️❄️前排見有人提及樂記煲仔飯,呢日去大埔就即管試下,夜晚都要排大半個鐘,對比西環或者荃灣幾間算快,可惜質素直接被比下去😂▪️ 白鱔排骨煲仔飯 (6/10)💲88一向偏好肥美白鱔,但係呢度既切得好薄身,口感差咁啲,但都要小心有頗多細骨,入口亦有點兒腥,而排骨就骨比肉多😮💨感覺飯底比較濕,同埋無咩飯焦👉🏻👈🏻▪️ 窩蛋牛肉煲仔飯 (6.5/10)💲62面頭有隻生雞蛋,加上份量適中既牛肉片,稱唔上好嫩滑,但係都唔會鞋韌🐮個飯底同樣唔夠入味,但起碼呢兜相比下乾身少少,底部亦有啲香脆飯焦🍚▪️ 炸鮮奶 (7/10)💲39 (6件)即炸上檯熱辣辣,炸漿雖然略厚,但外皮都夠脆口,內裡係類似奶凍,奶香唔錯🥛🔎 整體評分(6.5/10)

餐廳前身係陳漢記,聽講只係賣咗名,班底不變,見天氣凍凍地就去食煲仔飯。當日叫咗腐乳通菜,豬潤腸粉,白鱔排骨煲仔飯,咸蛋肉餅加窩蛋煲仔飯。先講服務,待應們確係好忙,但態度正常,茶記服務嚟講,我覺得可接受。坐位方面確係幾迫,人貼人要搭枱,唔中意搭枱嘅就要注意。食物方面:腐乳通菜,呢個時蔬依家好多粉麵店都無得食,可能因為通菜成本比其他菜高。樂記算幾大方,俾得大大碟好味指數:豬潤腸粉, 佢嘅腸粉皮係薄嘅,可惜上枱碟野係凍嘅,豬潤蒸得岩岩好,無過熟嚡口,可惜切得太細粒無曬口感。同以前陳漢記比高下立見。好味指數:煲仔飯, 一直覺得煲仔飯好唔好食係好個人,有d 人中意乾身有飯焦,有d 人中意偏濕。我自己就中意前者。樂記嘅煲仔飯係偏濕口感,有飯焦但唔多亦唔夠焦香。排骨骨多過肉,白鱔算大件,大概有五件。但等候時間有d 長,當日等左大約40分鐘。好味指數:整體嚟講,無需要特登去大埔食。但如果係街坊的話,當佢一般茶記就一試無妨。

簡單而言 煲仔飯十分濕 不乾身 雖然職員將我的煲仔飯拎去翻煲 但最後飯全煲煲到林晒 好似糊仔一樣 真心唔明白點解仲有人會讚或者排隊食 明白煲仔飯處理不容易 但我不會再光顧煲仔飯

There is always a long queue outside this restaurant. They serve different kinds of Claypot rice 煲仔飯. It opens long hours late until 4am in the morning. Nearby there are many public parking area but many cars parked illegally too. It is close to the MTR station Tai Po Market 大埔墟站 Exit A1. The service there is so so and you need to wait for the queue to go in and after order, if you order 煲仔飯, it takes an hour before serving. Cos it is made to order. So, it‘s better to order something else first which is quick such as noodle or congee or vegetables, so that you can have something to eat while waiting for the rice. I ordered white eel 白鱔煲仔飯 and 滑雞牛肉煲仔飯. The eel rice is very good! The fish is fresh and the taste is amazing! About the chicken beef rice.. it is not as good as the eel. The chicken pieces are small and bony. The taste is a bit salty. The table is so small to put all the dishes we ordered. So they have to take away the finished dishes first before the next dish is ready. The beef noodle 原汁新鮮牛腩粗麵 is good too. The beef is tender and the texture of the noodle is just right. Taste is good. For me, I think it‘s worth to wait that long for a pot of tasty rice. But not all the time and not while you are hungry.

点了黃鱔腊腸煲仔飯,辣魚皮,白灼豬潤,真心覺得全部都係水準以下。煲仔飯比起西環坤記差太遠,豬潤比起羅富記低兩班,辣魚皮冇乜好比。一句話,全部都冇乜味道。不過員工態度幾好嘅,地方又大,感覺都坐得算舒服,始終味道不算好,不太會再光顧。
