開業才兩個月左右的新鮮素食店，餐廳在中環往半山電梯那一帶，門口現在是地盤，如果不是特地去找可能會錯過。穿過地盤旁的小路進去有柳暗花明又一村之感，在中環上班或是順路經過就不要錯過了。TREEHOUSE 的餐點都是較西式的快餐素食，包括捲餅、漢堡和沙律之類，部分屬於純素，也有果汁、紅茶菌、椰青和純素蛋糕，環境和食物都唔錯，非常值得一試。餐廳旁邊是地盤，在入面用餐其實完全不會受影響，但如果你錯過地盤旁邊的小路就找不到了。TREEHOUSE 門口很有型，就算不知道是素食餐廳都會有興趣進去望望，入面裝修就像去了LA，可以堂食或外賣，近門處有自助點餐機可以玩。用餐採半自助模式，餐具和水都自由取用，吃完也要順手幫忙將餐盤拿去回收。長長的點餐吧檯同時也是沙律吧，可以自選捲餅餡料和沙律內容，不想頭痕的話還是可以直接點餐牌上的選項。雪櫃有多種不同功能的冷壓果汁和植物奶飲品，也有Kombucha和原個椰青(！)，另外也可以點咖啡或黃金拿鐵之類。純素蛋糕的真身都可以在玻璃櫃看到，我暫時還未試過，看樣子覺得榛子朱古力最吸引。種類都是很常見的純素蛋糕，另外也有每日小瑪芬，喜歡吃甜的話選擇也蠻多。這裡的捲餅外皮是全

Went there with a friend, we ordered the same thing: Wraps. The wraps were ok, tasty but nothing special, found them to be overpriced for what they are (but that’s most things in central), they don’t sell water, or anything iced, they don’t have ice??! The worst meal ever! I found 2 hairs inside my willow wrap. I mean, seriously, can you just pay a little bit attention to your hygiene and environment??I just cannot believe this kind of situation will happen to a so-called environmental-friendly and vegan place.Definitely on my blacklist now and I will report this to the food safety and hygiene department very shortly.Unbelievable!

咁岩行過俾我發現左橫街入面有間咁既野，就打算試下。環境幾靚，如果三幾個人想吹水，絕對係幾好既選擇。我自稱係wrap控，所以見有Flatbread系列就絕對不能放過。試佢既banyan flatbread，入面主要有green base, eggplant, tumeric soft egg, garlic hummus, cabbage tomato同 amba sauce。抵讚係有soft egg，作為蛋控既我表示好開心。佢既garlic hummus都做得幾好，好香同滑，我覺得比起好多地方既hummus出色。不過，以60蚊既wrap黎講，佢都幾細，入面又唔算滿同漲。Mana五十幾蚊會黎得漲過佢，saladstop貴少少不過成件重量級好多。我拎左佢做晚餐，好快就餓。同埋我叫左少sauce,不過都唔太少...想少醬人士可能要考慮全走。

The restaurant has quite a few Flatbread and burger options. I tried the Savanna burger. The burger is yummy with avocado and eggplant! I also picked a freshly squeezed juice from the refrigerator. Tried this new cafe in Central. The environment is quite good, spacious with electrical sockets and USB ports. 喺中環搭緊半山扶手電梯時，發現咗呢間新開嘅咖啡店，個門口要喺條巷仔行入去，唔係咁易搵。全間鋪有十幾張枱，我係平日下午去，得幾張枱有人，枱係木色，凳係綠色，令人好舒服，配合返間鋪主張健康plant-based食物。值得一提係佢哋有電掣同USB位俾人叉電，坐一個下晝hea下都得。Since the cafe is plant-based, they provide coffee with oat milk or soy milk only. Maybe we were expecting too much from Treehouse. I was dying to try their sourdough flatbread but sadly it was sold out. I was told that I could try the leafy version and... I would probably not try that ever again. Treehouse charged way too much than it deserved. I mean $15 for another sunny side-up?! Such a pleasant vegan-friendly addition to the crowded neighborhood! Spacious, bright, chill. The food is on the pricier end of affordable: balanced between deliciousness, healthiness, nutritiousness, and digestibility. Coco cold brew is a guiltlessly sweet way to caffeinate. Lots of seats, power outlets, and the WiFi is not too slow.

A unique place in Central HK serving exclusively plant-based western food (Burger, Flat, Bowls, Salad, raw dessert, etc...). Treehouse only uses high-quality food and ingredients magnified by Chef Christian Mongendre. It's simple, healthy, delicious and environmentally friendly. A must try!
