今日同生日一樣, OT, 唔離得開灣仔區, 老公一由澳門返香港就來灣仔搵我食情人節dinner, 食飯前還講得切近距離睇左幾個於合和頂樓爆發的煙花! 好靚!!!幾年前去過Amigo, 原來佢正日都係收$660一位, 好抵食. 多左人去, 就開始升價, 今年好似最少$1,000/位. 今年在灣仔過節, 就索性一身牛記加風褸波鞋, 走入據聞非常"白鴿眼"o既福臨門吧! 一坐低, 望見餐牌, 係有少少窒wor~12人餐$19,000, 個人鮑翅餐$1,200/$1,900一位, 食o既野o麻...有頭威冇尾陣果種, 鯪魚球$120, 炸蝦丸$160...haha, 食唔食得起同覺得值唔值係兩回事. 反正早餐果$5腸粉都未落格, 決定散叫啦.先來紅燒排翅2兩, $300"益食家價"(可揀紅燒/清湯/菜膽) 我一個人食唔哂一碗, 淨2兩排翅有足足一個飯碗滿哂咁多(唔計湯). 我衰貪心, 將d芽菜太早放入湯, 出左少少水, 溝稀左個汁~唉~再來一個水晶炒飯(蟹肉瑤柱蛋白炒飯), 可加薑米, 但我唔食薑, 所以掃左老公少少興 炒飯乾濕適中, 上湯味濃但唔頸渴, 蟹肉及瑤柱好足料, 尤其是生拆蟹肉每粒

幾年前去過Amigo, 原來佢正日都係收$660一位, 好抵食. 多左人去, 就開始升價, 今年好似最少$1,000/位. 今年在灣仔過節, 就索性一身牛記加風褸波鞋, 走入據聞非常"白鴿眼"o既福臨門吧!

一坐低, 望見餐牌, 係有少少窒wor~12人餐$19,000, 個人鮑翅餐$1,200/$1,900一位, 食o既野o麻...有頭威冇尾陣果種, 鯪魚球$120, 炸蝦丸$160...haha, 食唔食得起同覺得值唔值係兩回事. 反正早餐果$5腸粉都未落格, 決定散叫啦.

先來紅燒排翅2兩, $300"益食家價"(可揀紅燒/清湯/菜膽) 我一個人食唔哂一碗, 淨2兩排翅有足足一個飯碗滿哂咁多(唔計湯). 我衰貪心, 將d芽菜太早放入湯, 出左少少水, 溝稀左個汁~唉~

再來一個水晶炒飯(蟹肉瑤柱蛋白炒飯), 可加薑米, 但我唔食薑, 所以掃左老公少少興
炒飯乾濕適中, 上湯味濃但唔頸渴, 蟹肉及瑤柱好足料, 尤其是生拆蟹肉每粒有一粒花生咁大, 好正! 一人食左2碗幾.

重有半隻炸子雞, 睇落同鳳城的"大線雞"差無幾, 係隻雞細種少少, 係...冰鮮雞, 相對滑dd咁多, 但又唔及上環好彩o既炸子雞咁滑. 最有趣係有一個"椒鹽檸檬汁", 酸中帶鹹, 為碟雞哂分.

成餐飯1.5小時, 有幾檯一家大小, 及一個叫eva的明星仔坐左"黃霑位". 講服務, 由樓下到樓上都好nice, 冇人白鴿眼wor.

埋單時最精彩, 老公拎出信用卡時, 我"立"到有汽水及啤酒兩項, 我即刻話:"e? 冇叫汽水wor!" 好彩"立"到, 因為啤酒佢收$56, 汽水$22, 加埋一近$100! 唔係咁屈嘛!Captain見狀即刻話改單, 同時提議我老公改用premium埋單, 原來HSBC Premium有9折o既~咁都唔錯

最後埋單$630, 抵ar, 尤其係於情人節正日.

I have been to this place over 20 times so I am familiar with virtually their entire management and more importantly, menu. (I even knew their previous 'look' before they renovated with all the marble walls)First, management/service. They can be very prejudiced, mainly depending on who they serve. First, management/service. They can be very prejudiced, mainly depending on who they serve. Although they can be ingratiating, this does not mean genuinely great service. However, the place is decently hygenic (providing you don't look into their kitchen). Their renovation works can create an unplesant atmosphere for consuming food.

Secondly, their food. Their speciality is in the most expensive foods available - abalone ('bau yue') and shark's fin ('tsee'). Their roast pig ('yue jue') can be fantastic or can be unacceptable. Their rest of the menu again varies, depending on whether the head chef is working.

Thirdly, environment. Good - attempting to look 'high-class' - but not absolutely fantastic. The worst part is just outside the restaurant - although they do offer a parking service. The best part is that they have a sitting lounge on the ground floor with a TV - where nobody eats, by the way. Everyone has to take a lift (elevator) up at least one floor.

Overall, this place can either be fantastic or quite unacceptable for its price. Definitely not a place for the poor - the prices can be sky-high (and I'm talking 5-figures for a table of 12).

Overall: 6 to 9 out of 10 (depending on the day)

大project埋尾,兼果幾個日本client要返歸,所以就來這裡farewell佢地。來的時候是平日夜晚,食飯時間都有八成坐滿,看來經濟真的復甦了不少。上次來已經係4年前,果陣時市道好,一年在公在私都會來吃三幾餐,之後市道如何無謂再提,希望以後來食多D啦!來得福記當然要食翅,叫了紅燒的,燒汁極有火侯,濃郁夠味。食翅又係一分錢一分貨,好少又平又正呢回事,尤其在這些出名的食肆。收得成三百蚊一位,當然翅是絕不失禮,粗長之餘,口感亦很軟淋,同個翅湯非常配合。日本仔仲拿來白蘭地落魚翅度食,個人覺得是多此一舉,因為什麼都唔加個翅已經好掂,不過食翅飲白蘭地又係幾配合的。經理告知今日有大響螺,當然亦不能錯過,用來白灼。隻響螺好巨型,價錢亦相應地不菲,要千三蚊。螺肉灼起淨係點豉油就夠,極鮮甜爽脆,食到?地直豎拇指,仲提議用來做刺身tim。刺身的話,都係遲D等佢地在九州招呼我好了。吉品鮑食十二頭,當然做到軟熟有糖心,但個人覺得呢味野實在收得太貴,唔係出公數就幾有錢都唔會食。呢度的炸子雞亦係出名,皮脆肉嫩,好有水準。當然二百幾蚊一隻唔係平,但要食正宗好食的炸子雞唔係度度食得到,北角東寶會是平價而有水準的表

另外的菜色有泡斑球、咕嚕肉、上湯蒜子莧菜等,感覺上是有水準,尋常家常小菜都幾難做到好有特色。
荷葉飯亦係出名,用料亦很足,有火鴨、火腿、冬菇、瑤柱等,抄得好香,飯亦爽身唔立口,有淡淡荷葉香味。另外亦叫了炒麵,都炒得乾身又陪味道。
甜品是椰盅炖官燕,椰汁香濃而官燕亦非常足料,真係啖啖有官燕,可惜本人對燕窩與趣不大,所以不覺特別好吃。反而班日本仔就火速食清,有時D日本人都幾得意,明明佢地唔鍾意食都好,一話俾佢知有益同補身就拿拿聲食。
連飲酒,埋單8千幾,是不菲,好在出公數。但高水準的粵菜又唔係咁多地方食得到,所以都叫值得。

出品差到極, 價錢貴到離晒譜.(一個低劣出品的楊州炒飯HKD180.00)招呼更係九流.從未見過如此差勁的酒家.難怪晚飯黃金時段只有三几張台客人.
