2014年10月1日水太太、水爺和好友柯生柯太支持雨傘運動後一同在灣仔吃飯住在港島區的他們推介穌棧~~泰式通菜通菜都很鮮嫩，很爽口，加上泰式汁料（不辣的，但香），很美味﹗泰式小食拼盤每件小食比想像中的大一點，最喜愛蝦餅，啖啖肉春卷很脆口，內裡又不會乾爭爭，YUMMY~魚餅和雞肉卷也不錯泰式炒金邊粉，味道酸酸甜甜的，剛剛好惹味，刺激食慾金邊粉是爽的，口感不錯薄餅很煙靵，配咖喱汁YUMMY!黃咖喱雞咖喱汁是微辣的，主要以香味來刺激味蕾，雞肉很嫩入味~~

是日約了朋友Ｊ吃午餐，來到灣仔的泰式小店。平日中午十二時十五分到達，等了十分鐘便可入座。店內非常狹窄，大概只可容納二十多人。但裝修頗有特色，暗暗的燈光加上牆上手寫的menu, 像café多一點。有set lunch, 點選了鮮蝦炒金邊粉（HK$58）＋凍檸茶 (HK$2).不久侍應送上鮮蝦炒金邊粉，分量okay. 至於味道, 明顯過甜了，如帶一點鹹香中和便會較好。金邊粉也炒得淋了一點。蝦有四隻之多，試一口，蝦帶甜而味道夠濃郁，酸酸甜甜，很醒胃，較坊間只是乾炒的好！凍檸茶, 普通貨色,不等別評了.侍應也有禮, 不錯的服務.

經友人介紹便在此共進午餐,其實都已經兩點幾, 此店3點午休,幸好趕得及呢～地方很小,只能容納20人左右,繁忙時間應該都有點狹窄…這個時間人流很少,還好坐得尚算舒服~大蝦炒金邊粉這個味道有點像茄汁炒的~蝦也比較大及彈牙~不錯~肉碎炒河粉~有一點點辣,配以蕃茄洋蔥很惹味呢～略嫌太多洋溢,少一點比較好~左:泰式奶茶右:凍檸茶喜歡飲奶茶,今次試試泰式奶茶,嗯…味道可以接受,但還是喜歡港式奶茶~

前天，和同事再次光顧 "穌棧" (是位於灣仔的一間食肆)，這次，吃了同事推介的雞扒撈麵，一口吃下，即時感覺是："真係好好味~!!!" 起初以為只是一個普普通通的惹味撈麵，但吃過後真的覺得這個拉麵極好吃~!!!!! 雞扒味道有點似香茅豬扒，炸得很香口，麵則有點像公仔麵，而整個麵的重點就是那個醬汁!!!!! 醬汁的味道就好像日常吃串燒會點的那些醬汁，不過，味道較特別，富有東南亞風味，不是一般沙嗲醬或沙茶醬的味道，反而，有點麻醬的味道，我想可能加了麻醬，當然還有不少香料混合而成。美味的醬汁再配合炒麵和炸雞扒，這個撈麵怎可能不好吃??!! (順道一提：麵下面其實有很多生菜絲，伴麵吃不錯~!)由於個人實在很喜歡這個撈麵，結果，昨天又再次光顧，不過，這次是買外賣的，而令人失望的是外賣的份量比堂食少...--""......說實在，大食的我真的很失望呢!!! 這就是外賣的份量，個人認為份量比堂食少，但價錢是一樣的。其實，這裏的lunch set有不少選擇，之前還吃過這裏的海鮮冬陰公湯河，配料不少，有蝦、蜆、魚蛋、魚片、小八爪魚，好像還有青口，辣度算是少辣吧~ 也不錯的~ 不過，當然我首推還是雞扒撈麵

The restaurant has a nice decoration and you are welcomed by a Thai waiter. Thus, you think it will be a good meal on a REAL Thai restaurant.Indeed....no.I ordered a garlic pork. I received fried oily pork bones, with only fat as meat. I was really disapointed by the quality of the "meat" as well as the recipe in itself as it come in no sauce, very dry. 出乎意料好食既廈門街泰式小店，大部份食客都係外國人多，可惜預訂咗既蝦刺身最後食唔到 ，成晚最好味都係冬陰功湯，豬頸肉同蝦餅！冬陰功湯辣味同酸味適中，賣相一睇就知正宗！ 另外串燒方面，雞全翼好味因為店外有炭爐店員即叫即烤！風味十足！豬頸肉件件都好Juice好有嚼感！Overall，小店值得推介一試！

This place is my favorite place so far for Thai food in HK and we have been here numerous times for their cooked food. Recently, they have started doing Thai style BBQ with a grill right in front of the restaurant so we decided to try that when we were here for dinner. All the ingredients were placed in front as if to whet our appetite! On some level I did not want to write a review for this joint as I didn't want too many people to know about it so I don't have to wait for a space. Tucked away in a little alley in Wan Chai, it's not really busy on weeknights which is almost always when I will drop by without reservation because I felt like having Thai food for dinner. 話說上星期途經灣仔，見到一間貎似 coffee cafe 的小店，卻又有很多泰文字，幾棧鬼。原來這間小店叫「穌棧」 ，主打泰式食物，又有拉花咖啡飲。店內裝潢簡約，帶點傳統泰式裝修，甚優閒。最特別是它有一道大黑板，用了彩色粉筆手繪上心型及菜單，那兩個天使公仔更是由老闆女兒親手劃的呢！來了杯拉花 capachinno， 入口香滑，屬大眾化口味。情侶在黑板下嘆咖啡，享受閒聊的一刻，也挺浪漫。這天點了些泰式燒烤，它與一般港式燒烤最大分別是用上辣椒及大量青檸汁，帶出酸辣醒胃的感覺。「炭燒魷魚鬚」連肉的魷魚鬚，用上環保炭來燒，燒時塗上檸汁來吊出魷魚的鮮味，入口甚爽彈。「炭燒雞翼」一見到是燒雞全翼，已大有好感，我愛吃又焦又脆的雞翼尖啊。將雞翼用魚露，香茅及椰子糖先醃，邊燒邊塗上泰國美極及蜜糖，很香口。若少女們怕食雞全翼麻煩，也可請服務員代為切件。「泰式燒牛肉」這個我則覺得肉燒得太乾了，有進步空間。此店除了咖啡及燒物外，也有海南雞飯、冬蔭功、蝦醬炒飯、泰式叉燒飯、青咖喱雞、鮮蝦炒金邊粉、蝦餅、龍眼冰等，選擇蠻多，是值得一試的「棧鬼」小店。

With plenty of Thai joints in Wan Chai, this one is one of the better decorated ones on a quiet cul de sac, which offers the standards but well-prepared food. A generous portion of papaya salad that was crunchy and refreshing helped whet up our appetite. My friend and I decided to try dinner here on a flip of a coin after checking out what was on offer in Amoy Street! The place is cute but could do with the lighting being taken down a notch as it is very bright.
