15.10.2011妹妹近年愛上韓國菜, 所以特地找了一間比較正宗的韓國菜館作為她的生日飯的地點. 說真的, 我們幾個除了細姨和妹妹去過韓國外, 其餘的都沒有去過韓國, 也沒有吃過比較正宗的韓國菜, 所以大家都十分期待.打開menu, 有很多選擇呀真的不知吃什麼才好. 於是就由細姨和妹妹負責點菜.先來前菜, 有薯仔, 泡菜, 魚仔干, 沙律和韓國粉絲. 每一樣前菜都用小碟盛載著, 而且可以添食. 哈, 前菜都這麼豐富哩 薯仔是腍腍的, 甜甜的. 泡菜不是太辣, 魚仔干太硬了, 沙律裡有生果, 又爽又甜. 韓國粉絲的份量很多, 夾雜住白菜絲和紅蘿蔔絲一起吃, 口感很豐富. 之後我們都追加了薯仔和沙律哩.然後有韓式薄餅, 很香口, 質地似煎薄罉一樣, 但厚過煎薄罉少少, 不過太過油膩了. 牛肋骨煲雖然只是細細煲, 但裡面都有很多牛肋骨. 牛肋骨也算多肉, 亦很入味, 正. 韓式紫菜卷就好像日式的壽司一樣, 紫菜裡的珍珠米包住青瓜, 黃瓜, 蛋條和香腸等. 吃得出珍珠米和青瓜是用壽司醋浸過的, 絕不馬虎哩.泡菜炒年糕竟然用了很多汁浸住年糕, 好像水浸一樣年糕很腍, 很入味, 泡菜辣得好好味, 不錯.在燒肉方面, 我們揀了豬, 牛和雞. 肉類雖然切了薄片, 但都是大大塊的. 就算不用再落醬汁, 也很夠味哩. 其實我都是第一次這樣用蔬菜包著燒過的肉來吃, 原來這樣的吃法可以減低油膩的感覺. (不過我仍然覺得很油)吃韓國菜, 怎可以少了石鍋飯? 侍應在我們的隔離檯即時把飯和材料拌勻, 知知聲, 熱辣辣的, 不過原來我們六個人, 每人只分得少少飯咋. 飯很香, 夠熱, 有少少辣味, 香口又惹味. 但太熱氣了, 少吃多滋味, 多吃壞肚皮!!最後來的是人參燉雞湯, wow, 想不到如此這般大煲湯中有濃郁的雞味和人參味, 湯料有差不多一隻雞, 人參也有不少, 的確真材實料呀!! 我們突登吃了幾塊雞肉, 嗯, 嫩滑的, 也帶有人參味, 不錯. 這煲湯實在太大煲了, 然而, 當這煲湯來的時候我們六個人也開始有點飽, 所以我們也飲剩了些湯, 可惜.這一餐總共要$1,562. 其實我覺得有點貴, 不過最重要妹妹喜歡, 況且, 有機會吃到高質素的韓國菜, 也是值得的.

i don't normally write reviews and stuff but thought we should because we used open rice to find this restaurant in the first place!so i thought it would be good to just give our fair and honest opinion because we realised some comments are quite old. me and my friend are from london travelling around asia and stopped by hk to see some old uni friends. Anyways, my friend really wanted to eat Korean and our hk friend said we should search it up on open rice so we did and decided to go there for lunch. plus it was really near our hotel where we stayed. didn't have a hard time finding the place. there's only one korean restaurant on that street. there was a person handing out leaflets right outside and glad we took one! because it had a FREE DRINKS coupon. wanted to get one each, but thought that would be pretty cheap of us, so we restrained ourselves. the place looked alright i guess, it was clean, bright and korean pop music was playing in the background.the decor was pretty cute. it had random art pieces around the whole place and the place wasnt too busy. the menu was cute and PICTURES!! yes yes loads of pictures (what we foreigners like to see) but better still the menu was in english too.we wanted to order grill but ended up ordering from the lunch menu instead. i got a bibimbap (my personal favourite) and my friend ordered galbijjim (braised beef on bone)soon after the 7 side dishes came (free of course) and they were nice enough to refill some of those when we asked. the food was really quick to come out. we were served nearly simultaneously, which doesn't happen sometimes in asia we learnt. and were happy we could start eating at the same time. wish we took a photo of the dishes! my bibimbap was exactly like the one in the photo and the braised beef was deliciousi really liked how the food it wasn't too salty, or too bland. Normally we don't really finish the side dishes that are given to us because they are too over seasoned, but the seasoning was really great here. you could actually taste the natural ingredientsin all the meal cost us just over @110 for two people plus the free drink. they didn't even take any service charge!!! wow. so we tipped them $20, would have liked to give them more but didn't have any more small notes. in london i'm used to tipping way more than that even for a meal i didn't particularly enjoy. my hk friend said korean restaurants are pretty expensive, but i must introduce him to this one, cus i personally felt that was a bargain for good authentic korean foodthey gave us 2 pieces of gum and loyalty card (the ones where you collect stamps for each meal thing) with our bill. it already 3 stamps on it. they explained one extra stamp was given as a' service'. and that if we collect 12 stamps, our next meal is free. i must remember to give the card to my hk friend cus we'll be off to shanghai next week. on the way out there were some framed autographs of local hk? korean? stars i guess. don't know who they were but took some photos next to it just in case and will probably ask my korean friend later. overall, really enjoyed the meal. thought it was a bargain with the free drinks coupon, quality food, no service charge, loyalty cardsmight go there again for grill sometime this week before we leave hk cus its so near to our hotel.

看到openrice的食評才選這裡,但來到才發現名不乎實。進了店內5分鐘也沒有看見服務員,坐下來看到menu的價錢已經覺得貴咗d,但想可能味道真的不錯便算了。兩個人點了一份宗合燒和一份炒年榚,價錢330 110。份量不多而味道只是一般,失望!早知道去食海鮮啦

早前香港曾經刮起一股韓風,應該是由韓劇開始吧,連帶韓國菜,也在近年火紅起來,令到普羅大眾認識到,韓國菜並不只那些廉價任食韓國燒烤。如果你問我,在那裡賣韓國雜貨好,我的答案與大多人一樣,也是叫大家到尖沙咀的金巴利街,這條小小的街道,外號稱為小韓國,除了雜貨店之外,更有好幾間大大小小韓國料理。便宜一點,漢城美食或南大門,負擔得起的話,可以去清溪川。其實在尖沙咀區,也有不少出色的韓國料理,隨口也說出有新羅寶,錦城,還有一些新店如阿利水等等。。如果在尖沙咀區外,想吃韓國料理,有什麼好選擇?在銅鑼灣區,十個有八個朋友,也會建議到莊園。上一次到訪已是五年前的生日,今次來是為了替兩位舊同事慶祝生日,一行八人,將一張大桌坐滿。近年也吃過不少大大小小韓國菜,對這夜吃些什麼,大約也有個概念。吃韓國料理,總會有前菜小碟供應,這一夜總共有八小碟。泡菜酸辣得夠勁度,對辦了,甜薯做得香甜鬆軟,其他還有炒粉絲,辣豆腐,銀魚仔,芽菜等等。。最後更追加了泡菜和銀魚仔。生牛肉是我最喜歡的韓國料理的頭盤,說到底,我是喜歡吃不同地方的生牛肉,不論是法國的牛肉他他,意大利的生牛肉薄片,甚至是越南風味的生牛肉,統統是我最喜歡。這個生牛肉的外表,與其他地方沒有兩樣,同樣是伴著生蛋黃,雪梨絲,生蒜一起吃。有些地方解凍得不夠好,吃落仍有雪味,莊園的生牛肉處理得好,沒有雪味,更有肉味,連帶生蒜一起吃,有助殺菌,如果還不放心,可以喝些烈酒殺菌。韓式炸醬麵的風格,與中國北方的相似,大家也是黑漆漆,味道濃甜,而這個炸醬麵,上檯是熱騰騰,快手將其撈勻,濃甜的炸醬掛在粗身而煙韌的麵條上,非常惹味。海鮮煎餅份量大,煎得金黃,入口香脆不油,但海鮮材料來說,還是錦城比較豪氣一點。經常說在銅鑼灣莊園,吃過最好吃的牛肋骨煲。是夜與牛肋骨煲重逢,還是高水準!牛肋骨用上最肥美的貨色,每一口也是鬆化,濃惹,香甜的感覺。醬汁更將煲內的蘿蔔活化,索了濃甜醬汁的蘿蔔,更加好吃。牛肋骨煲與踢波一樣,也是打整體戰的。辣醬炒八爪魚味道辛辣,八爪魚炒得夠入味。只是比例上八爪魚的份量,實在不多。日本人統治過朝鮮,某些菜式是帶有日本色彩,紫菜壽司正是其中一款日韓混血。平心而論,這個壽司的味道,沒甚特別之處,只說是不過不失。同樣是辣的泡菜炒豬肉,以鐵板盛上,因用上泡菜,味道比之前的辣八爪魚,多一份酸辣味道。韓國料理之中,石頭飯是大路之選,用石鍋上當然熱辣辣,將所有材料伴勻趁熱吃,當然很滋味吧。如果人多的話,可以來一個鍋物,我點了韓式腸子火鍋,價值三百多塊錢,已夠我們八個人分。此火鍋以泡菜來做底,酸辣度十足,大熱天時喝一碗,出一身汗,整個人也醒身起來,腸子是豬粉腸,牛腸,更有牛肉等等材料,全部也很入味。飯後店員奉上香口膠,不要少看這個細節,有很多地方也不懂得去做,吃罷韓國料理,一定大口氣。區區一塊香口膠,花得你幾到多錢?其實,不吃韓國燒烤的話,賬單銀碼也不會太過離譜的,八個人吃了千八塊,平均每人二百多,論質量去算,絕對是合理價錢。假若到新羅寶的話,一定不止這個數。

同友人係附近行街行左一日。又肚餓又落雨,正係飢寒交迫加手緊之際,友人提議是但搵間M記搞掂。雖然對M記無咩好感,但人生路不熟,我唯有將就將就。行下行下。「咦,翠華WOR!不如食翠華啦!!」 又好,正當行向翠華之際「喂,食呢間韓國野好冇?」本住對朋友GE信心,我問都冇問就跟佢。抬頭一看,莊園韓國料理。我腦中霎時浮現出一位台灣"幻美男"莊圓大師的姿容......好,題外話到此為止。係連MENU都冇睇到GE情況下,我地就上左去啦。個日唔多人,唔洗等位就直接可以入座。睇落有D似家庭式小本經營餐廳GE裝修,舊舊地逼逼地,不過勝在環境乾淨舒服。加上冷氣開得大,隔離燒緊肉都聞唔到酒煙味。朋友一坐低即刻睇MENU,我掛住左望右望。過左一陣,友人突然壓低左聲線,神神秘秘咁同我講「喂...不如閃人囉!」「下?咩事?_?」「冇啊,你糧尾啊嘛!我驚你...」講完仲抓起個袋,一副想奪門而出之勢。唔係一個飯幾百咁大件事啊!我抓起個MENU一睇。嘩,真係幾百喎D燒肉。不過都有百零左右GE飯,我頭先SHOPPING有留手,而家勉強夠比自己個份。「哦~冇洗擔心,我冇事。咩你唔係食過先介紹我黎嫁?」「下我都係響OPEN RICE見過呢間野炸!我都未食過!」FINE! 落單 !我叫左"錦石頭鍋飯" , 朋友就叫左" 泡菜海鮮湯拉面" 。岩岩落完單30秒左右,侍應就馬上上左D頭盤又放埋餐具,真係非常極速!!手腳俐落,值得一讚!一共有8種小食做頭盤。都係一D好似係泡菜、芽菜、蛋沙律(?)、魚干、辣椒豆腐之類GE冷盤。我對韓式料理冇咩研究,我估係食燒肉個時用黎去油膩同開胃掛。因為以頭盤而言,泡菜魚乾味道太濃,容易搶左主菜GE味。大約8-10分鐘到,就已經上齊哂D食物啦,快到我地仲未食哂D頭盤。侍應姐姐幫我兜埋個石頭飯呢一個服務實在係太好啦!!唔洗我笨手笨腳咁亂剷一通。佢仲會細心咁問下你食唔食得辣,唔食得會幫你落少D辣豆瓣醬。仲好細心咁拎左4個碗仔比我地(2道菜4個碗),等我地SHARE食個時D味唔會溝到亂哂。石頭飯真係好好食,料同飯份量剛剛好,唔多唔少。而且D料同個飯好夾,唔會好似出面D石頭飯咁,料有料食,飯有飯食,又燶又痴底。個豆瓣醬又唔會太辣,帶少少泡菜GE酸好開胃!同埋時間掌握得好好,有小小香脆GE飯焦又唔係燶喎(黑色我一開始以為係燶左果D其實係海苔!),石頭飯呢家野果然係要專業GE先好食~對比係石頭飯,個湯面就顯得好普通啦。不過依然係非常足料咁面一半,海鮮一半。泡菜湯好紅,我初頭仲以為好辣。不過泡菜GE辣只會止於口,唔會落喉嚨,所以怕辣又想食GE人(例如本人)都可以放心咁食,飲番多D茶就OK。反而中意食辣GE朋友就有D失望啦,因為湯底紅色GE原因係因為入面加左蕃茄。蕃茄中和左一D辣味,湯底反而係微辣偏酸甜。可能各人口味唔同啦。我覺得幾好,不過朋友好似唔係幾LIKE咁。食到八八九九果時會送4塊柑(定橙?唔識分@@)比你清下味蕾。埋完單仲會送一片香口膠比你去口氣。呢種細心GE態度係我幾欣賞GE!是次埋單連加一一共$220,如果銀包鬆動應該好食得過。
