我好少寫粉麵小食,我真覺得好食,在灣仔食魚蛋粉,這間最彈牙,又唔會太咸,但我反而喜歡滷肉麵,不會太咸,爽口,肥瘦適中,大大塊;扎肉麵,6,7片厚厚彈牙爽口,有口感真係好好味最低加2元豆漿,好濃郁,有豆味麵底不會好似其他咁少,足量,爽滑裝修唔知點解好暗

如題:墨魚蘿蔔煎真是好奇怪,上台時賣相是可以的,三十蚊一份有三大件,但一口咬落去成口油,沒有墨魚的彈牙咬感,卻是一口膠的槳口感覺,有蘿蔔絲混在入面,但無水份既。其實又唔似蘿蔔榚,又唔似墨魚餅。都唔知點咁。另外仲食咗個紫菜湯,愈飲越口渴。結果要叫埋熱零水,埋單已經60蚊。相片就是無法咗食落去既嘢。

Last week I walked past the shop, and was attracted by the 'no msg' sign on the entrance.They had a couple of deals for tea sets, mostly noodles with different toppings. The waitress told me that I can switch the noodles to vegetables instead and the menu was flexible so I walked in.I ordered a beef brisket and tendon rice vermicilli which was around $38. The brisket had a nice tender and slightly chewy texture, and the tendons were very very well seasoned. The soup base was fish broth. I added $2 for a hot soya milk which was fragrant of actual beans and wasn't too sweet.

星期六晚一個人,心裏面就好想食魚蛋粉,我一直沿著軒尼詩道往銅鑼灣方向行,又咁好彩俾我發現咗呢一間冇乜人光顧賣魚蛋粉嘅地舖! 其實依一間舖畀我第一個感覺唔係太好,因為星期六晚7點幾居然冇乜客! 但因為實在有啲肚餓同埋好想食魚蛋粉,所以我決定入去試一試!坐低之後睇一睇佢個餐牌發現佢大部分嘅粉麵都係大約29蚊至三十幾蚊, 價錢唔係太貴但亦都唔可以話係好平, 我一心想食魚蛋粉, 所以當我睇完個餐牌之後, 我都係叫咗魚蛋粉, 呢度既魚蛋粉係叫做”達濠魚丸粉”係佢哋間舖嘅招牌菜,至於點解叫做”達濠”我就冇問啦 !達濠魚丸粉出餐速度多幾快,三至五分鐘左右我碗魚蛋粉就已經出現喺我面前. 第一件事咁當然就係相機食先啦!之後我第一時間試就去試下啲湯,依間舖啲魚蛋粉嘅湯其實係偏淡嘅,但係我幾鍾意!因為唔係太鹹,有少少魚香! 之後我就食左一啖河粉,佢嘅河粉做得唔錯,唔會煮到好林, 而且都幾滑口! 魚丸同埋魚蛋條嘅味道就其實十分之相似,我老實講食唔出有乜特別大嘅分別,但係好有驚喜嘅就係, 佢嘅魚蛋真係好鬼彈牙,同埋都幾有魚味! 鍾意食彈牙魚蛋粉嘅話就一定要試下! 喺食到大約三分之一嘅時候,我就覺得個湯好似淡咗啲咁我就落咗佢地啲辣椒醬,佢哋有兩款辣椒醬畀你揀, 一款係油浸辣椒油另一款係應該叫做潮汕地區嘅辣椒醬,我揀左第二款,辣味都幾適中,好適合食魚蛋粉用! 鍾意食辣既話記住揀依一隻辣椒醬!後記,可能因為舖頭嘅地理位置問題,佢係位於灣仔同銅鑼灣嘅正中間,同埋兩個地方嘅地鐵站都有一定距離,所以人流唔多,但我想講呢間舖嘅魚蛋粉真係好有質素!有機會嘅話我一定會返嚟再幫襯! 依間舖唯一一個問題就係佢唔收八達通! 埋單時要俾或者要收散紙有啲唔方便!

屢屢路過這一間號稱汕頭魚丸粉麵老店的「蒂蒂香」,見店面貼有不少的剪報,連蔡瀾和黃麗梅等食家也力讚,不免有蠢蠢欲試的衝動。是日,專程到訪,樓面阿姐殷勤有禮,還主動介紹店中名物,如特色撈麵、手打魚蛋、煎墨魚卵等。最後,小妹充滿期待地要了一碗魚丸炸魚腐卷河粉$32。先呷一口淡白的湯,入口帶微微的魚腥味兒,淡淡的,應該是魚湯,而阿姐推介的河粉質感既爽且滑。魚丸只有兩粒,顯得有點兒小家了﹗咬一口,魚蛋口感較為結實,爽口且彈牙,略帶魚肉的鮮味。兩條的炸魚腐卷,包著魚肉蝦肉麵糊等饀料,即叫即炸,炸得外層金黃香脆,內裏煙韌鮮美,伴以酸辣醬同吃,不錯也,只略嫌有點油膩。
