开心的一天,来到百闻不如一见的赤柱。来自异国的我,第一感觉是舒服,无拘无束,浪漫!走了一圈,香港朋友挑了这家,迎合喜欢越南美食的我!久别重聚,决定以牛肉套餐来庆祝这趟的喜相逢!一道一道的美味佳肴,各个主菜,鲜嫩的牛肉,绝佳的烹调方式,把我们的胃填饱,心填满!谢谢朋友的盛情招待,让我品尝到一顿丰富的大餐,也尝到牛肉的各式烹煮法。从中领略到,人~~ 换个角度,换个心态,换个方式,人生是多姿多彩,无限广阔与美好!

I did not have high expectations from Saigon @ Stanley from the other reviews but really wanted to try the Lemongrass Pancotta.We were there for late lunch and chose a couple of cocktails for starters a Mango Daquari and the Deep Blue Sea Martini. The staff kindly brought us prawn crackers, the black sesame ones were very tasty.The Mango Daquari was fantastic, the other not so.We ordered the Lemongrass Spicy Chicken and plain rice. I did not have high expectations from Saigon @ Stanley from the other reviews but really wanted to try the Lemongrass Pancotta.

We were there for late lunch and chose a couple of cocktails for starters a Mango Daquari and the Deep Blue Sea Martini. The staff kindly brought us prawn crackers, the black sesame ones were very tasty.

The Mango Daquari was fantastic, the other not so.

We ordered the Lemongrass Spicy Chicken and plain rice. Lots of onion and not much fairly tough chicken without much lemongrass flavour or spiciness. Just passable but I wouldn't order it again.
We then got our deserts, creme brule coffee flavour and the pancotta. The consistency of the pancotta was just too stiff and the strawberry sauce overpowered the lemongrass. Once you had some pancotta on its own, the flavour was very delicate and very nice. Perhaps a mild lime sauce instead of the sweet strawberry would suit it better.

The coffee creme brule was a good consistency for a pancotta but too thick for creme brule, my wife enjoyed the flavour of the dish. Also caramelised sugar was a little too thick on top. Serving dish was inelegant and the serving size was way too large.

Nice atmosphere. Would I go again, probably for a mango daquari but that's all. Cost $385

Today, friends get a day off. Originally, we planned to go to Shengzhen for a day trip. However, one of the friends called and told me that her China Visa is expired. Eiya, so disappointed.Finally, we plan a day trip in HK. morning go Stanley market for shopping and lunch, afternoon go Happy Valley for foot and body massage. evening go somewhere for dinner. Lunch time: we missed lunch time as we got "lost" in the market until a male friend complaint about it. Therefore we had lunch at 2:30; One

Food: Vietnamese food, lots of indigenous spices used! the restaurant also uses Western favor in their food.

After a long hike I treated myself to this lovely restaurant for lunch. The restaurant was quite crowded but the wait staff were very nice and I got seated very quickly on the verandah. What a gorgeous view!!! And the food!! Oo la la! After I placed my order they got me some yummy prawn crackers with a tangy sauce. After I placed my order they got me some yummy prawn crackers with a tangy sauce. Very thoughtful cause I was straving!


1) Seafood Ravioli- Definitely up in my top 10 favourite dishes!
I tried this delicious dish on their promotional menu called seafood ravioli. Its luxuriously stuffed with shrimp, scallops and all sort of yummy goodness and topped with caviar!! You get 4 pieces on a plate for $88- seriously good price! I have to say the seafood is incredibly fresh and you can tell its good quality.

2) Lemongrass Pannacotta
It cost me $48 and was really delicate and refreshing. The lemonsgrass is not very overpowering, its not to sweet, quite light- all in all a perfect summer dessert.

3) Traditional Vietnamese filter coffee
After that I had a Vietnamese Coffee- $45 - the traditional kind with condensed milk. Really authentic and very good! I will definitely be coming back for more!!

All the food came quite quickly, the staff was very friendly and attentive. All in all I'd definitely reccommend others to give it a try if they haven't already.

終於放下心頭大石了, 所以今晚好值得慶祝一下 餐廳環境真係唔錯, 都幾浪漫, 加上全部食客坐露台位置, 我同甘甘坐入面卡位好似包場咁~ yeah首先嚟咗一客過晒氣嘅蝦片再點了三樣食物:椒鹽軟殼蟹- 味道ok. 但唔夠脆同埋熱, 擺咗好耐咁馬拉盞炒雜菜- 都幾咸牛柳粒配紅飯- 牛柳粒好Juicy, 但紅飯份量唔多服務都唔錯, 有禮貌.

老公心血來潮想渣車去一嘗「富貴門」中的餐廳,由於平日的緣故,餐廳中很少客人,所以服務也非常好。至於味道: 頭盤的米紙蝦卷其實有點淡,但串燒牛肉和沙律幾好味,又開胃。而羊排飯的羊排煮得好淋,味道不錯 ; 咖哩魚就略嫌普通。餐飲可選擇青檸梳打!整體感覺不錯,是情侶約會的好選擇。

My friend and I visited Saigon at Stanley on 15 August,2009 and ordered a Pineapple fried rice . They then brought out a half-opened pineapple with fried rice in it. We saw that the pineapple shell was very thin and dry.It did not look like a newly cut one.In addition, no fruit meat was attached to the shell. We suspected that the restaurant was giving us an used pineapple . So, we poured out the rice in order to see the bottom of the pineapple. Just as we suspected, there was a big scratch hole

My friend and I visited Saigon at Stanley on 15 August,2009 and ordered a Pineapple fried rice . They then brought out a half-opened pineapple with fried rice in it. We saw that the pineapple shell was very thin and dry.It did not look like a newly cut one.In addition, no fruit meat was attached to the shell. We suspected that the restaurant was giving us an used pineapple . So, we poured out the rice in order to see the bottom of the pineapple. Just as we suspected, there was a big scratch hole made at the bottom of the pineapple shell . The hole was surely made by the pervious customer using a spoon to dig out the pineapple to eat.We were so shocked that we asked the asssitant manager to come to explain. Mr. Cyrus Pang, the assistant manager, first alleged that the pineapple was cut by the chief chef on that morning. Later, he said the pineapple was cut by the junior chef so the workmanship was not so good. I then told Mr. Pang to take out a newly cut pineapple for comparison.Mr. Pang then took out one newly cut pineapple as told. When we saw that pineapple, we could confirm that they had given us an used pineapple as this new one was juicy and with thick layer of fruit meat attached to the shell. Having no excuse, Mr. Pang said that our meal was free. But, who want to eat a free of charge used pineapple which was previously eaten by lot of people! So, disgusting!
This restaurant is too immoral and please be careful next time when you order a pineaple fried rice. Better do not serve in a pineapple shell!

美利樓黎過幾次,但食就係第一次大約6點幾就入黎依間restaurant,但不算多人,可能仲算早啦...staff問我地想坐入面定balcony位,選左坐balcony,雖然天氣都熱熱地,但天花板上面安了扇形的風扇,環境總算不錯,坐多陣都唔會話太熱。1. 柚子乾蝦沙律 - 有D柚子整得比較碎,但味道酸酸地,加上乾蝦都算大隻,清清地唔錯。2. 香辣豬生菜包 - 開頭以為要自己親手包個隻,點知黎到已經係整好俾你,每塊生菜上面都算多豬肉,食落去幾juicy,少辣,唔錯。3. 一個火熱的星期六和女友及友人一家到赤柱作下水禮 , 落水前找地方午膳 , 原來在赤柱大街的 SAIGON 搬了來美利樓 , 一於捧場啦~~論裝修個人會喜歡舊舖多一點 , 這裡不是差但不是我喜歡的造作型設計 都絛講返食物先 ... 點了四人套餐和飲料 , 足夠我們四大一小飽餐一頓了~~ 先來頭盤海鮮沙拉 , 蝦好鮮甜 , 菜亦新鮮 , 好味 !! 再來越南拚盤 , 呢個都好好食 , 春卷夠香脆 , GOOD~~ 燒豬骨 , 好香口和惹味 , 但近骨部份肉還帶血 ... 始終係豬肉 , 都係熟啲好 跟隨上的有炒雜菜和炒海鮮 , 味道一般 . 之後來了咖哩雞跟蒜溶飽 , WOW~ 好味 最後有炒飯 , 可能預算客人會用來伴咖哩食 , 所以味道略淡 ... 甜品是西米露 , 呢個都可以 , 好食過好多甜品舖 !!搬遷了的 SAIGON 仍然沒有失望 , 滿足的一頓午飯 四個大人連飲品約HK$900.00

7-8個人食叫咗個$888 6人套餐加2 個河粉,埋單約$1200呅,問題係食物麻麻,唔值。唔每樣講啦,基本上咖喱太淡,菜太硬,河粉麻麻,沙律唔錯,牛肉普通,庶蝦好D,甜品靚仔,其他唔記得見大部份都係其他餐廳full咗所以入泥,我地都係

環境:裝修有情調,燈光好暗下,座位分佈尚算寬敞,重有室外選擇

今日入赤柱搵阿婆* 之後去美利樓食飯好耐無去赤柱了, Mijas對面本來係香辣屋, 而家變左間越南餐廳wo哈哈本來係諗住去Mijas既, 結果去左試呢間越南野餐廳裝潢幾靚, 好有法國feel呢*揀左坐入面卡位, 因為入面靚d嘛^^扇門開住既, 所以坐入面都可以睇到出面海景4個人, 叫左3個appetizer, 3個maincourse, 3個dessert, 一杯mocktail, 一支白酒哈哈 首先我要講左個dessert先>>>越式Coffee Cream Brulee實在太美味了!!!!!好特別的presentation, 上面有一大塊啡色crisp同埋黃色crunch,,crisp好脆, crunch好鬆化, 呢兩樣野都同個燉蛋好夾!!!燉蛋好滑, 脆糖好薄好脆, 好香咖啡味面頭一粒粒咖啡豆, 其實係dark chocolate黎架個碗好深, 大大兜, 都只係$48 !!! 超抵食一個人應該食唔晒, 最好兩個人share食The BEST Cream Brulee I’ve ever had before !!!!!***Pineapple Crepe

越式Coffee Cream Brulee實在太美味了!!!!!

好特別的presentation, 上面有一大塊啡色crisp同埋黃色crunch,,
crisp好脆, crunch好鬆化, 呢兩樣野都同個燉蛋好夾!!!
燉蛋好滑, 脆糖好薄好脆, 好香咖啡味
面頭一粒粒咖啡豆, 其實係dark chocolate黎架
個碗好深, 大大兜, 都只係$48 !!! 超抵食
一個人應該食唔晒, 最好兩個人share食

古法鐡板豬肉餅: 呢個係撈埋濛粉食既 (初初都唔知有濛粉)
豬肉餅普通, 不過後面碟豬腩肉好好味!!! 好甘香*

黑椒炒蝦球:
預左用雪蝦, 不過都幾爽, 越南香料重, 蓋過黑椒味

雞肉乾濛:
幾好味, 係雞胸肉不過唔鞋好好味, 汁似係沙嗲

Service好好* 好nice好好笑容*
Waiter全部唔使用紙落單, 聽一次就記得晒!!!犀利

下次可以坐出面, 出面涼爽d!!!
坐卡位個椅背太直…坐成晚唔太舒服呢
今晚最開心係食左個美味既cream brulee ^v^
下次等我試下個橙味既先*
