門面個幾兩個禮拜前,我望到呢間好新嘅越南菜餐廳;我就主動同同事話去食呢間餐廳。因為外面睇呢間餐廳好過光猛又有自然光入餐廳就好不其然想去食呢間餐廳。餐具餐具方面尚算整齊有紙巾有辣椒同魚露。筷子同匙羹擠喺同一個餐具架裏面。餐牌好大張餐牌,清楚列明湯粉嘅成份。同埋其他小食,正所謂有圖有真相。]裝修主要以白色同綠色為主。主要行簡約為主。]食物1. 招牌手撕雞拼扎肉椰汁酸湯湯檬粉手撕雞扎肉湯檬,我唔搞嘅時候冇乜味。然後我將佢嘅扎肉雞肉撈埋啲粉面度。先慢慢食到佢嘅酸味。然後我再攞一兩粒嘅辣椒粒。食落去有浸酸酸辣辣好似食緊酸辣粉嘅感覺。然後我再食啲肉我發覺佢啲雞肉好似燒肉。材料都算係粥有芽菜雞肉扎肉。扎肉切成唔係一塊圓形係半圓形嘅。份尚算爽口。味道唔係好重味精味。札肉有少少黑椒味。近聞有少少椰香味。2.香茅脆雞我覺得佢太肥,外層炸得好脆但入邊雞肉有好多脂肪。感覺好油。肉唔算太實,都尚算有汁。]3. 越式素春卷春卷裏面嘅成份有木耳、蘿蔔絲、粉絲。外層炸得好趣。但食落去有點兒癡牙。]4. 法式芝心蝦多士呢個蝦多士佢用蝦打成蝦膠,蝦膠打得太實。上面灑咗芝麻,感覺好似好香口。蝦味唔夠重。感覺食物唔太熱。服

2.香茅脆雞
我覺得佢太肥,外層炸得好脆但入邊雞肉有好多脂肪。感覺好油。肉唔算太實,都尚算有汁。

第一次在香港吃越南菜,看着觉得很干净,位置也不错就进去了。当天说是有促销,可以免费送小吃,我们就点了两份。但之后买单的时候说小吃是给点了主食+饮料的客户,我的要另外付钱。我把缘由告诉casher,他竟然说你为什么不看清楚。最后解释了半天总算说清楚了。问题是菜本身也不好吃,河粉做的太油,春卷炸太老,非常失望…

Today we are going to the Vietnamese new opening which is located in Vpoint G/f in the street named 登龍street . The boss invited us to try there tasty food, and which is really delicious ! The paper roll of salmon and 海膽 are so special and fresh! The 醉菜inside can really high light the freshness of salmon and the 海膽。

Come along with the 凍豬肉撈檬, which is light and fresh , it is a big difference from the other types of noodles .
