Perhaps I waited for more than an hour before enjoying, the grease and sauce are separated. It was an intact leg but sorry for the rough presentation because I carried it clumsily on my way home. Nevertheless, the bite of crispy goose skin and succulent flesh of the charcoal roasted goose leg made us swoon with happiness. Look forward to tasting it during eat-in soon!
