平時出親街食飯,都偏向食重口味嘅肥膩野。見腸胃麻麻地,想揀番啲清淡嘅住家味道。同行朋友同我一樣,叫咗韭菜豬肉餃子配年糕,分別叫咗糖醋排骨同埋拍黃瓜。拍黃瓜比較少見地用豆瓣醬調味,辣到適中,如果可以有多啲鹹味吊一吊味就會更加出色。糖醋排骨非常醒胃,筋嘅部份有彈性。未至於做到入口即溶,有啲部份肉質算老,但係整體來講酸甜度嘅平衡恰到好處。至於水餃真係好有住家嘅感覺,豬肉唔肥韭菜夠多,水餃皮唔會太厚太薄。可能因為冇落味精,櫻花蝦湯底相對清淡,所以年糕都冇乜味道。好處係食完真係冇口乾嘅感覺,你知道佢真係真材實料。兩人埋單$100有找,有小食水餃年糕豆漿,認真抵食。

至於水餃真係好有住家嘅感覺,豬肉唔肥韭菜夠多,水餃皮唔會太厚太薄。可能因為冇落味精,櫻花蝦湯底相對清淡,所以年糕都冇乜味道。好處係食完真係冇口乾嘅感覺,你知道佢真係真材實料。

今日收工。屋企冇人煮飯。。去完飛髮之後就快快手手食個快餐。咁見到有間賣餛飩既小店 咁就快快手衝左入去 入到去坐低。環境一般光猛咁跟住我好專心咁專注係點嘢食度。咁睇完menu 佢食物唔算多。不過配搭算多。咁我最後我點左個 洋蔥豬肉餃子配上海麵 黎到。佢有六粒餛飩。不過比較細粒😝佢啲餛飩雖然感覺比較細粒 但都好夠味。(真係食落有洋蔥😂😂)而除左濃濃既洋蔥味之餘。仲有淡淡既豬肉味😍 可能我係一個男仔啦。食落唔多夠不過時間又唔容許我叫多幾隻餃食。。。所以我下次會再翻手食多次😂😂

剪完頭髮,天寒地凍,行過見到有間餃子店,緊係入去識下!點知咁都比我遇到正嘢。 坐低睇過menu,全部餐都係食餃子雲吞。 冇得雙拼。 我驚唔夠食嘅關係,嗌咗個豆豬肉雲吞餐再加一客煎洋蔥豬肉餃子。 兩款餃子都係有推介。 食落口真係好有驚喜。首先佢啲肉一定唔係那渣肉,感覺冇味精,係嗰種食返阿媽包餃子家鄉嘅感覺。 豬肉咬落新鮮分明,唔似有啲餃子食落去就覺得佢落咗好多生粉。 雲吞皮滑,水餃皮唔黏。 唯一可以挑剔嘅就係佢嘅湯底櫻花蝦豉油湯唔係太特別出色。 不過如果你係喜歡餃子嘅我咁,就一定唔可以錯過。

Could just be one of the best places in Tst to grab the moment for fresh made wontons. Fresh ingredients with an excellent soup base, speechless. Minor lineup at times, it wont be a long wait. Do expect a good 10 minutes on cooking time, it's the usual for dumplings.

洋蔥豬肉餃 - 皮薄餡多,洋蔥甜而不辣,湯底似出前一丁麻油味湯底。至於跟餐杯豆漿,好難飲,好似溝咗好多水落去咁…我寧願佢畀杯茶我~之前都試過啲小食,個人覺得四喜烤麩比較好食。

終於比我搵到有無糖豆漿的一間餐廳!今次叫左個素菜餛飩年糕同埋配個生菜生菜係水煮的十分清!但素菜餛飩一上黎好油!成碗都係麻油!(我最尾聽到有OL叫走麻油,早知我都!)因為真係太油!而且素菜好咸但入面餡料好足切得好細好有咬口啖啖蘿蔔年糕不軟不硬剛剛好好吃整體黎講唔錯但餡料真係太咸要改善下另外一題當日店內有一陣騷動因為店主養的貓出左黎嚇親客人個人認為咁樣都不太衛生需要多注意

喜歡餛飩餃子,阿芳餛飩一直是平靚正之選,偶爾都會去食。今晚在佐敦附近又正值晚飯時間,便去了醫肚。跟朋友各點了一款套餐加小食,餐牌價錢好像加了價但仍算合理。先來小食,拍青瓜清脆爽口,夠辣,很開胃; 烤麩混了木耳,口感豐富些,惹味得來不會太濃味。素菜甘筍餃子餃子包滿著十分幼身的菜絲及甘筍絲,蔬菜味香,味道較清淡。薺菜豬肉餛飩同樣是十分足料,但薺菜及豬肉均好像沒有以前吃過的香,不知是否薺菜不是現在的時令菜所致。整體質素還好,只是薺菜豬肉餛飩遜色了些,希望只是偶然失準。

話說係柯士甸路開始已經食呢間既餃子,最鐘意就係嗌玉豆豬肉餃加年糕,無他,因為佢地既餃子真係好有住家味,食完,有一種好幸福溫暖既感覺!餃子皮薄料靚唔使講,但連個湯底都誠意十分,係似啲蝦米仔煲成的,食落好清新,感覺好健康。啲年糕都好足料,好多舊,軟硬適中,成碗睇落去唔大,但又真夠食,飽哂!呢度無論食物,湯,都無落味精,連杯豆漿都唔會太甜,好適合啲唔鐘意重口味既人。總之有時出街食得太多次,又無時間返屋企食,就會去幫襯阿芳,呢間鋪果種低調,平實,默默包餃子,清淡既感覺,咪就係阿媽咁囉!

The shop I recommend today is called "Ah Fong Shanghai Wonton" located at Jordan. Yes, it's true that I ended up with wonton, but further clarification and classification should be paid to the wonton category--apart from the shrimp wonton from the Guang Dong region in noodle soup, there're also other varieties of Wonton in Hong Kong!  As a matter of fact, there is a complex mix of regional Chinese cuisine and dumplings/wonton in town. Each of the wonton variety has its own character.

1) In terms of size and colour, for example,  the Guang Dong wonton is tiny with thin skin and a golden-fish-like tail. Touch of oil and duck yolk are applied to the wonton skin that give its pale yellow colour; the Beijing and Shan Dong wontons are relatively large with thicker and whiter (flour-like) skin.
2) In terms of filling and taste, since alkaline is applied to the Guang Dong wonton skin, it tastes slightly bitter, yet the overall taste is sweeter because of the juices of shrimp and lard; both Beijing and Shan Dong wontons taste more savoury, and the fillings are mixed with pork and vegetables (green leaves and scallions)
. You'd even find winter melon inside the Beijing dumplings! 
So what's about the Shanghainese wonton? Huh, the answer is the middle/balance between the two. The skin is not too thick, but rolled out into a lasagna sheet for wrapping the pork- and vegetable- based filling. As you might aware that Shanghainese food is always hinted with touch of sweetness, the same is also true for the taste of their dumplings. From my point view, the shop I recommend to you today is offering this type of delicious Shanghainese wonton that is worth a try!

The shop is located at Parkes Street in Jordan, which is opened recently. This is a small shop and the service is imitate that you have the feeling of dining in a family/family style restaurants. During lunch time, it took me about ten minutes to get the table with my father. Although the shop is small, the transparent door and white interior have brought brightness and liveliness to the small shop. Together with the wooden tables and chairs, the shop gives you some kind of Chinese home decor and cleanliness, too. Indeed, the shop is clean and tidy, albeit this is small. You'll see the Jie Jie wrapping wontons in the narrow corridor and they don't mind you to take a look of them

Seeing this, it made more hungry to try their famous wontons. From the menu, you can pick the daily lunchsets ($38-42)--six varieties of Shanghainese appetizers serving with Shanghainese plain noodles/ rice cakes; or you can choose the wonton all day set ($42). Adding extra money, you can also enjoy the cold appetizers for the wonton set. Both sets include hot/cold soy milk. Soy milk is a classical healthy drink serving with rice and noodles in Shanghai, which I enjoy a lot.

After ten minutes, my father's Shangahainese Five Spice Smoked Fish set (五香燻魚--$42) arrived. To define a well-cooked smoked fish, the colour must be dark red (reflecting the colour of dark soy and brown sugar) and embody the taste of sweetness and saltiness.

If you taste smoky flavour, this actually means the opposite that you are not having the authentic dish! Shanghainese smoked fish is entitled with "smoked" because of its colour, not the cooking method. Using grass carp (鯇魚/草魚) in this dish, both the colour and taste are very traditional! The dense texture of the fish with the flavour of the anise and soy released from the meat, it is really a well-made dish. Although my personal preference is to serve this with rice, it is good to serve with noodles for light lunch!

Accompanying this with the cold soy milk, the dish won't be too heavy, for the lightly sweetened soy milk mediates the saltiness of the smoked fish. It is quite refreshing with visible soy flavour.

The wheat gluten is first steamed, then soaked in sweetened soy base so that the cold juice will explode in your mouth as you bite it. Also, this is a healthy dish I enjoy a lot with my parents, especially when you want to eat something light.

For the main dish today, Shepherd's Purse and Pork dumplings with Shanghainese noodles ($42), it was more delicious than I expected. The skin was medium-size rolled as I described earlier. Throughly cooked that it didn't taste chewy and maintained glutinous.

The filling was juicy and meaty, which simply brought out the natural flavour the ingredients! The light taste and glutinous texture somehow made me feel home, too. The broth of the noodle soup was nothing more than boiling water and salt, yet there's genius use of dried shrimp that added flavour to it, as my mom would do. The attention to small details of the chef should be credited!

Overall, the food and service were very satisfactory. Although there're people waiting outside the shop, the waitresses would not force you to leave. By contrast, the customers followed the beat naturally so that the waiting time for tables was not too long. For me, this small shop was very local and comfortable that worth both local people and tourists to try the Shanghainese food or the art of home cuisine here. Recommended!

見到呢間有幾間分店有見有呀姐係裏面不停咁包雲吞 好似好新鮮 心諗一定幾好食啦中午時間去其實人流不是太多入到去嘅選擇唔係好多不過見到佢包嘅餡其實比較特別玉豆豬肉 同洋蔥豬肉比較少見所以分別叫咗一碗雲吞年糕同 一碗餃子拉麵佢有分餃子同雲吞 不過上台係冇分別嘅上菜速度都幾慢年糕好細碗 得好少年糕就係得咁多年糕餃子味道偏淡 可以話係清嘅連個湯都好清 其實真係冇咩味道個年糕相對有咬口 比較唔錯另外令人失望嘅係餃子完全唔熟等左15分鐘 一咬落去係生嘅 豬肉來架好易食壞人啫 咁當然佢都有幫我地再煮 不過煮完之後都好似唔係熟透 有點怕怕其實分量真係太細啦 加埋兩個小食個兩個小食個份量都係好細一個蒜泥白肉 真係唔好食 個味道好怪完全唔係出面果一種 覺得杰杰地 酸酸甜甜另外一個係牛展 冇咩特別不過覺得 性價比好抵每個午餐連小食都要$5x 不過唔係好夠飽

就係得咁多年糕
餃子味道偏淡 可以話係清嘅
連個湯都好清 其實真係冇咩味道
個年糕相對有咬口 比較唔錯

另外令人失望嘅係餃子完全唔熟

等左15分鐘 一咬落去係生嘅 豬肉來架
好易食壞人啫 咁當然佢都有幫我地再煮
不過煮完之後都好似唔係熟透 有點怕怕

個兩個小食個份量都係好細
一個蒜泥白肉 真係唔好食 個味道好怪
完全唔係出面果一種 覺得杰杰地 酸酸甜甜


另外一個係牛展 冇咩特別不過覺得 性價比好抵

每個午餐連小食都要$5x 不過唔係好夠飽

上海麵店,一向麵係我最愛嘅速食食物之一。去開佐敦,本來打算幫襯光速餐。先經過白加士街,發現呢間專賣上海餛飩或者餃子嘅上海麵店,有啲吸引,又相對可以坐耐少少,就決定幫襯下新野。下午茶餐的確幾抵食,有小菜,一碗餛飩上海麵(又或者可以選擇年糕),再加一杯豆漿,三樣野夾埋都只係三十五蚊。凍豆漿同兩樣前菜都不過不失。拍青瓜係用豆瓣醬,都幾開胃。洋蔥豬肉餃子味道唔錯,上海麵彈牙,湯底都幾好味。紹菜肉絲上海麵,就係比較健康嘅選擇。

今日兩個人喺佐敦白加士街搵嘢食,見到有間朝牌大大隻字寫住上海雲吞,燈光又光猛於是入去試下。 入到去啱啱有張二人枱唔洗等位,我哋叫咗一個白菜豬肉雲吞招牌套餐,同一個白菜豬肉雲吞興食餐配醉轉彎,我哋兩個都係配湯年糕。 首先醉轉彎送上,兩隻凍嘅醉雞雞翼,醉雞味好濃,層皮因為係凍嘅關係好爽好彈牙。 五分鐘後,兩碗白菜豬肉雲吞湯年糕分別送上,每粒白菜豬肉雲吞都好大粒,大碗有六粒,細碗有四粒,入面豬肉同白菜大約係73比,粒雲吞好鮮甜同個皮好薄,而年糕都好煙韌有咬口,個湯味道唔太濃。

五分鐘後,兩碗白菜豬肉雲吞湯年糕分別送上,每粒白菜豬肉雲吞都好大粒,大碗有六粒,細碗有四粒,入面豬肉同白菜大約係73比,粒雲吞好鮮甜同個皮好薄,而年糕都好煙韌有咬口,個湯味道唔太濃。

星期六放假訓到好晏 老公話不如食上海野 平時我一定say no 因為我偏食🙈不過今日好肚餓 就遷就老公一次啦!見到呢間好抵食咁喎 就試下啦薺菜豬肉餛飩湯年糕湯底有啲魚仔好好味啊!老公叫左洋蔥豬肉餛飩上海面我覺得我果個好味啲哈哈粉的份量不是太多,是下午茶的份量好好呀跟餐有小食附送!我地兩個小食都叫晒share拍青瓜: 幾爽同夠凍👍🏻雞絲粉皮: 雞絲好少好少 不過勝在麻醬夠香雖然送埋豆漿 但有少少"腥"味 所以冇飲晒

呢間自家製水餃有幾種獨家嘅水餃,叫咗兩個下午茶餐一個係玉豆豬肉水餃上海麵,玉豆水餃第一次食好特別,餡料好足,雖然下午茶份量少d(得四隻)不過送豆漿同配一樣涼菜,叫左雞絲粉皮,個汁酸酸地好特別,味道適中,另外亦叫左韭菜豬肉煎餃子一啲都唔油,好足料,值得推介,唯一係坐得迫啲
