I went to this restaurant based on a recommendation, while it has exceeded my expectations. The food is top-notch traditional Cantonese with a great variety on the menu. I was drawn by the chef specialty dishes and ordered the crispy lobster with oatmeal, oven baked cod-fillet, braised abalone, braised sea cucumber, crab meat vermicelli and the baked sago pudding with chestnut paste.The highlight of the night was the cod-fillet. The highlight of the night was the cod-fillet. Baked just right to perfection, the fillet is velvety soft while full of flavor. It is also paired with an egg white scramble, which is infused with seafood flavor. The rest of the dishes are all above average and satisfying.
The decor is traditional oriental and seems to fit the taste of international travelers. The service is friendly and attentive. Our server Aria has taken good care of me. She made me feel welcomed every step of the way.
This has been a great dining experience. I can’t wait to be back and will also recommend this place to my friends.
