和同事在金鐘午餐，大家選了這家西餐廳。我預先訂座，獲安排在餐廳內裡的一張二人餐桌，位置不太開揚。我們點了主菜後，便到餐廳中央的區域先拿取前菜。食物選擇算是豐富，有各式各樣的沙律菜（例如生菜、蕃茄和西蘭花)，亦有一些麵飽。此外，另人較驚喜的是煙三文魚和parma ham，它們鹹味香濃，令我們吃得津津有味。沙律菜亦新鮮甜美，刺激了我們的味蕾。我點的主菜是白汁松露意大利粉，有一些雜菌和一點點黑松露，意粉軟滑可口。但它最敗筆是放了大量蒜蓉，完全淹過了白汁和松露的味道，亦令我充滿口氣。最後，我們再拿了一些新鮮水果，及甜品（例如芝士蛋糕和蘋果批）。我們吃得很飽，對這頓飯很滿足。

be fair , 收唔太貴既價錢，地點又係Pacific place , 都唔應該 expect 個 semi buffet 有咩豐富食材大想頭。本來我都好鐘意佢多菜少肉既概念，夠green , 夠healthy ，環保又健康，值得推廣，所以我久不久也來來。但不知何故，今日食材比往日選擇少，而且vegetarian hamburger 真係整理得不太好，週圍既素漢堡包已經好好食....西蘭花似無煮但燒過，口感怪怪，加埋辣椒，個人唔太欣賞。

I work around the area so I occasionally go there for lunch. The food was average at best, the salads are disgusting. And you can smell how dirty their bar is when you are getting your food. Maybe the hygiene department should take a look at that. You can taste how cheap are the ingredients that they use. Just i stop over with my friend to have short break lunch. We choose buffet and plus we have casarecci all carbonara. The word disappointed is not enough to describe the horrible lunch we had. The " salad buffet " was composed from 2/3 kind different salad; it was ok not so fresh;- corn salad; it was just mixed mayo;- macaroni salad, totally chinese style with the cheapest quality of Macaroni  pasta u can find in the market; parma ham, cut with the AX super salty since was poor quality; -2 kind

Running or of lunch ideas in the Admiralty because there are frankly not many Western food choices in the area. We decided to try Bizou due to its close proximity to my friend's office. The place was comfy and the wooden panel added a bit of a soft touch. Semi buffet style lunch with the option to add a main course. No surprises at the salad bar. 友人遲到，唯有邊食邊飲邊等。ham n cheese配杯白酒，為這一餐揭起序幕🤗先來一道starter- crab cake，份量不算很少，啖啖蟹肉，很香口，點少少sauce，滿足。這個tuna粒粒非常非常好吃，很重麻油味，黑白芝麻提升了口感，推介👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽Steak是medium，juicy，應有水平。如果不特別好牛，可以試別的菜色，更有驚喜。會再來，服務不錯，始終地點是PP，價錢亦不算特別貴。Menu給大家參考💁🏽‍♀️

The lunch menu basically consists of a semi salad and cold cuts buffet plus a main course. 越危險嘅地方越安全。今天就遇上越高檔嘅地方完來越平宜。今天就在金鐘太古坊嘗了一個超值happy hour. Buy one get one free + complimentary Chef’s Hors doeuvers Buffet.我先點了一杯 Alto los Romero’s Merlot / Chile, Colchagua Valley。酒夠香味，入口夠滑，容易入口顕出Merlot 个性。Buffet 主要是送酒小点，但質量就超晒值，包括：水果，红菜头，檻㰖，芝士，火腿，麵包和Tiramisu cake. 绝对夠你送酒，价格只是$98*10%, 自己係超市入货都吾得！

去金鐘睇完星球大戰，想食個西餐，揀咗呢間西餐廳。頭盤叫咗六隻生蠔，但係生蠔唔夠蠔味，亦冇我最鍾意嘅金屬味，只係比自助餐生蠔好一點嘅貨色。＄180好彩唔係太貴。之後叫咗個燒豬扒，整個小豬肋骨咁上，外邊脆，裏面好多新鮮肉汁， 90分！另外叫咗個燒春雞，加上特製嘅紅蘿蔔醬汁，雞肉好豐富，係另一高分數菜式。另外叫咗個蜆肉蒜蓉辣椒意粉，小小辣蒜味又夠香，只係差個蜆肉唔係最新鮮。但係都算好好食。仲有一個黑松露炸薯條，因為我鍾意幼細嘅薯條，所以覺得黑松露醬係非常好嘅配合，好味。買單五個人， ＄1000 比你一個咁好地點咁好嘅食物質素仲要係晚餐，都幾物超所值，大家不妨去試吓！

第一次離呢間happy hour，環境相當唔錯，可能星期五個個都去happy hour,人多咗啲同嘈咗啲呢度嘅happy hour所有嘢飲都有buy 1 get 1 free, 平均100左右一杯，正常價啦要推薦嘅重點係佢地嘅Happy hour有snack bar buffet, 包括parmahamcheesesalad法包仲有幾種生果，雖然只係幾種小食，但食物質素相當高，仲提供幾種醬俾你點cheese，抵贊一句講曬你叫1杯嘢飲，淨係食parmaham都抵番曬

自高中時代已經支持Dining Concepts，見證這兩三年來作出的不少改革 首先必數官方網站的使用者體驗大有改善，至少介面美觀多了，也沒那麼常掉線 而其業務發展亦十分蓬勃，旗下主打美式滋味的Bizou就在今年年頭開業 總抱持著美國菜以肉食者為先的刻板印象，不過接觸過後便會有所改觀 Mint Jalapeno Kale Caesar 薄荷墨西哥辣椒羽衣甘藍凱撒沙律 羽衣甘藍細切成薄絲，本有的韌硬纖維嚼感頓消，青味亦變得溫淡 不過菜葉本有輕微苦味仍存，加上少許綠辣椒辣感點綴，醒胃消膩保清新 難怪添上不少烤麵包碎和意大利綿羊芝士也不覺濃重難當，只見更加香口 Pan-seared Foie Gras 香煎鵝肝 厚切鵝肝飽滿豐潤不在話下，表面煎焦，油亮誘人，當然實感不失軟嫩甘腴 然而美味不代表零膩感，如何化解才是正題，配搭麵包與果醬是最常見的做法 在此用上細蓉綿密的酸車厘子及焦糖橙醬，靠著果味酸甜消減脂肪油感 Vegetable Risotto 雜蔬意大利飯 蘆筍與西蘭花掛上綠意，但是無肉是否一定會輕盈清新？顯然並非如此 意大利飯身披湯汁奶潤，但仍然帶有咬口，粒粒分明不水爛 巴馬臣

為朋友慶祝生日，請佢食brunch. 印象中11點開始，walk in基本上都有位。salad種類多且用料新鮮，有蝦/tuna/八爪魚等做配料，另有麵包（好好味）、scone、cheese platter & 甜品，其實唔使叫主菜都好夠。不過原來你$10加個湯就會跟餐送咖啡，就咁brunch buffet係冇嘅，精明嘅你當然識揀啦。我叫咗個artichoke soup, 咸死。朋友叫casarecci alfredo, 好味！最後唔少得嘅當然係cheesecake, 話說佢嘅cheesecake 做得好正宗，正正係我幾次幫襯嘅原因。與其去cheesecake 工廠排長龍，不如喺度一個價錢任食！結果同朋友傾到兩點先走，PP坐三個鐘200per head，除咗抵搵唔到其它形容詞⋯⋯
