飲開酒嘅友人蒞過，所以我只係負責飲飲食食同夾錢。特別有印象個鴨肉漢堡，因為第一次食鴨肉造漢堡，醬汁味度不錯，不過分享有點困難，最好都係自私食，哈哈。令外個牛油果醬點墨餅都幾好味。後段唔知做乜，請我哋飲咗幾杯仔飲品，個杯仔幾得意。

Is been a year since my last visit, and the hype seems gone already. I remember I had to wait for an hour last year whilst I got my table easily on the first day of long weekend this time. By saying that, I think their food quality is pretty much the same as before, I really enjoyed the vibe and the food there. 慶幸身邊有愛啤之人，每次吃飯都有機會試不同的手工啤酒店，這次來到這間很特別的手工啤酒店。餐廳以藍色霓虹光粉飾招牌去，裡面是黑色配木系的工業風裝潢，原木的桌子讓你可以感受到喝酒的粗獷爽快感😎水吧掛上大大塊黑板，上面寫上十多種不同類型的啤酒，大家可以根據個人喜好選擇喜歡的口味，不知道選哪一款還可以叫店員推薦，他會給你試飲幾款，然後你才決定要哪一杯😍這裏有一些酒精度較高的啤酒，味道非常甜，其他地方比較少有，自問酒量不錯又喜歡果甜味的朋友真的可以來上試，其實他們的小食也不錯，不過我實在太飽，所以空肚飲啤酒了🍻

A modest bar locating at the corner of Tung Street in Sheung Wan, offering wide range of craft beers and quality american dishes. I used to go for the drinks in Blue Supreme at night ~ This is my first time come for their weekend brunch. I ordered the Waygu Skirt Steak and Eggs ($258), the steak is served perfectly in medium-rare with two pieces of nicely pan-fried eggs, and some tater tots as side. It is a satisfying simple brunch you should not miss!!

I came here for the steak & sunny side up eggs that IG had been luring me to this place but then I realized that’s only for the weekend brunch. 原來間餐廳一直係我嘅Favourite list 好耐，當要搵上環好西時就咁岩揀中佢。店舖唔算大，但都坐無虛朗，而且佢係動物友善餐廳，方便會帶寵物嘅朋友去！當日等左15分鐘就有位，仲安排坐係窗邊位，嘆住個Luxury Brunch..好chill !佢主打美國菜，當然就叫左佢最出名嘅Wagyu Skirt Steak and Eggs同佢當日推介嘅Lobster Mac & Cheese !好開心佢嘅太陽蛋煎得好靚，配上勁濃厚嘅和牛，勁Juicy 又嫩。搭配蛋一齊食嘅話口感更加豐富呀！另外嘅Lobster Mac and Cheese都叫人驚喜！初頭以為佢會用傳統嘅細通粉，但佢用左粗圈通粉Rigatoni，厚度適中而且沾滿上香口芝士同龍蝦味！同埋佢用左粗圈通粉唔好令人覺得好飽。仲有就係真係有龍蝦架，應該係普通龍蝦，肉質唔錯嘅！
