週末的午後坐在咖啡店的一角，呷一口咖啡，靜靜望著街外細雨綿綿。我并不喜愛香港潮濕的春天，但這卻是春天獨有的、我最著迷的場景。自認對咖啡並不了解，只喺之前略接觸過好幾本嘅入門知識，咖啡好多種風味其實都未識得分辨，所以每次去精品咖啡店都會尤其注意咖啡師的介紹，希望可以從中再學多些少皮毛。西營盤的Cafe唔少，喺海味街橫巷隱藏嘅哩間Bluebird並不顯眼。但之前有朋友曾經推介過，話哩間咖啡店嘅咖啡值得一試，於是決定放棄去其他Cafe食蛋糕嘅機會，來哩度認真飲杯咖啡先，回頭率：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑環境：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑服務：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌗味道：🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑價錢：HKD73/Pal  ◆Summary◇寧靜舒適的街角精品咖啡店，座位較少，咖啡師中意同客人交流心得。咖啡選擇多，品質上乘，芝士蛋糕同手沖咖啡喺絕配。————————————————————————◆Hand Drip Coffee - Cobalt◇ HKD51 😍我話我唔中意酸度太高嘅咖啡豆，店員就推薦左Cobalt俾我，喺幾種唔同產地咖啡豆嘅blending，飲落似中深程度的烘焙，冇深烘咖

試過呢間新舖幾次，咖啡品質算係幾穩定，係巴西埃塞再加兩隻豆，酸度唔會太高又唔會苦，好似仲有第二隻酸度/果香高啲既豆選擇， 點都好過果兩間連鎖店，食物方面估唔到可以咁多選擇，除左牛角酥夠鬆脆，同埋鬼老三文治夠晒足料之外，聽店員講食品方面，芝士蛋糕先至係鎮店之寶，由佢地老闆秘方泡製，經常賣斷，今日想試又賣晒，希望下次可以食到。BTW,聽店員講，呢間舖係第一間試業既舖頭，如果做得好就會繼續開分店，目標係做精品級連鎖店，希望佢地會成功啦！

環境舒服,燈光剛好,很放鬆。員工友善!服務態度好!有免費wifi,充電插頭,很方便!咖啡選了nutty口味(standed)的雖然入口有很微的酸味,但後勁有很強的nutty味,口味豐富!很喜歡!會再來試其他咖啡!

After a meeting in Sheung Wan, I managed to pop in Bluebird Coffee 15 minutes before it closes, and that’s why I ordered a Flat White to go instead of dining in, though I would really love to dine in so that I can enjoy the coffee shop vibes and save the environment (I know…I forgot to bring my reusable coffee cup…).There are three sizes for Flat White, “Short”, “Tall” and “Large”. Discovered this new coffee shop which opened not long ago.Unfortunately it was too new hence the drinks selection was limited so there were no teas or cakes.Anyway, had the hot chocolate where you can choose the size so had the small.The hot chocolate had a strong cocoa powder taste which was not too sweet.When I got to the bottom, there was more cocoa residue at the bottom.Found out that they made it with a mixture of cocoa and chocolate syrup.Overall a nice place for drinks and hope to see mor
