There's so many brunch options in Hong Kong but we were recommended Bond by friends in the area. Service was slow (we had to literally chase for them to clear plates, for soup, for main and even dessert) but sincere staff, just inexperienced. It was not very noisy since its kind of a hidden resto and I enjoyed every dish.
