I found this place last Monday and what an excellent find!! Lunch sets come with soups or drinks to start with, followed by really succulent roast chicken with delicious and healthy sides, and all for $88 + 10%! And the service was really attentive as well! We just made our 2nd pilgrimage in 8 days and can't wait to go back again!

今晚嘗試委內瑞拉朋友大薦新開既秘魯菜。香港甚少秘魯菜，所以搵埋朋友，6人試盡大部分菜式鋪頭非常顯眼，有幾幅秘魯人烤雞既壁畫。店內環境簡約舒適，由於店鋪比較細，只有幾檯，反而唔會太嘈，非常適合聚會傾計🍻首推前菜必食之選-海鱸魚他他薯蓉。多種唔同既食材出奇地夾味而且口感豐富，醬汁酸酸辣辣，十分開胃。辣味惹味可口，食唔到辣既朋友都非常欣賞呢個菜色第二推介係煙燻豬肉三文治。三文治薄身香脆，老闆話麵包係自家製。醬汁濃郁，豬肉冧滑，再加上少許生菜同幼幼既洋蔥絲，令三文治惹味而不膩。鍾意食panini既朋友一定鍾意小食推介係秘魯辣椒蜜糖雞翼🐣有趣既係秘魯既辣椒都唔係辣到食唔到、要狂飲水，反而係令到菜式更惹味。雞翼香嫩多汁，甜甜辣辣既味道，真係可以一人食一碟另外仲試左秘魯既街頭小食-香腸薯條。雖然看似普通，但薯條外脆內軟都唔係間間做得咁出色，加上松露醬，真係忍唔住食多兩條。係一班朋友一齊食先會叫～黎到點可以唔試招牌烤雞！秘魯烤雞比較冧，鍾意食冧身雞肉既朋友可以一試。我反而比較欣賞配菜Garlic rice。個人唔偏好蒜味既菜式，但呢個Garlic rice有淡淡既蒜味，而食唔到有蒜粒，飯亦粒粒分別，飯

Last night I was going to have a drink with my friends in central and we found this newly opened restaurant that serve Peruvian cuisine which is rare in Hong Kong. We went in and order some Peru chicken and some fries. We also order some peru side dishes.The food taste really nice. 從未食過秘魯既特色嘢食，聽朋友介紹有間新開唔錯就同三五知己試下。點知真係有驚喜！一開始味道酸酸地既生漬魚非常開胃，盧魚他他薯蓉既配撘亦都好match👍同其他餐廳試過既薯蓉味道十分唔同。不得不提既一定係佢既烤雞，一上枱已經聞到好香既烤雞味，食落好juicy好入味，一試難忘！一班人食左好多其他特色小食，唔同特色既sauces 味道都好吸引！餐廳環境都唔錯，位置唔係好多但坐得幾舒服，係同三五知己聚腳既好地方

上個星期五晚同朋友去中環飲嘢 又想食少少野打個底先喎 聽朋友介紹最近嘉咸街開咗一間好好食嘅秘魯特色烤雞店 我見咁特別我有咁鍾意試新野咁就即刻去試食啦 點知一食就返唔到轉頭啦而且店員好有禮貌不斷介紹唔同嘅食物 令到我對秘魯嘅認識深左我哋叫咗個薯條食先 聽店員講係一個好出名嘅秘魯街頭小食 超級香! 賣相一流跟住我哋就食咗秘魯烤雞翼 雞翼超級入味睇得出廚師用心製作 好有南美風味跟住就嚟到重點 就係朋友極力推介嘅秘魯烤雞醬汁好特別 令我一試難忘 店內環境裝修都好有特色 令人覺得自己置身係秘魯食緊當地嘅特色美食 平時鍾意影相嘅就啱晒

同朋友去壁畫街影相見到呢間秘魯餐廳新開張就試下啦🍽餐廳裡面都有好大幅壁畫，好立體 適合影相呃like😜Lunch time有時都會食下法國燒春雞，今次食左秘魯烤雞之後覺得好特別！雞肉好滑好入味，比起其他地方既烤雞味道會濃啲 但食完又唔會口乾證明冇味精 性價比高👍🏻 仲有個鱸魚他他薯蓉都好好食，醬汁酸酸地好開胃今次得兩個人去仲有幾款野食想試，下次要再去過 P.s 我見餐廳啲staff都幾friendly就八卦下，原來啲壁畫係從新加坡請既artist畫 有哂秘魯既特色

前陣子路過見到有間新開嘅秘魯菜餐廳, 店前有幅畫吸引到我目光,自己又未試過秘魯菜,  所以早幾日同個朋友黎試一試店內唔算太大, 有十張枱左右, 裝有幾特別, 有好多好靚嘅油畫係牆上講到食物方面, 佢地主打燒雞, 燒得幾好食, 亦有幾款特色小食, 今次試過雞棒, 雞翼同埋生漬魚雞棒味道好特別, 係今餐我最喜愛的, 生漬魚個汁香得黎又唔會太酸, 配埋D魚一流, 雞翼亦好有風味整體黎講都算座得舒服, 招呼都有禮貌, 會介紹佢地嘅食物等, 體驗唔錯, 價錢亦合理, 下次可以再試埋其他食物

秘魯烤雞非常好味，肉質鮮嫩，加上醬料😋👍🏽個side dish焗甜薯（ 勁甜， 個人非常喜愛番薯的）焗甜薯有得散叫， 忍唔住叫多個甜薯🙊秘魯香腸薯條， 聽落好似好普通，但個秘製醬汁非常好味。自家製烤雞三文治，個麵包真係超正👍🏽👍🏽Peruvian ceviche 🤤酸酸地好開胃， 好適合做前菜😋蜜糖雞翼好好食😋秘魯芝士春卷趁熱食會有芝士拉絲Causa 鱸魚薯蓉 有少少辣辣地，加上薯蓉， 非常適合做前菜小食烤雞棒配上秘製醬汁， 非常好食同有口感!價錢係中環區唔算貴， 平均每人$100-200抵食同好味推介👍🏽

New find on Graham Street. Chullschick serves Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian rotisserie chicken), and  an all-day menu of Peruvian favorites, like ceviche, tequenos, sandwiches and more. I had the lunch set, which includes 1/4 chicken, 2 side dishes and their homemade sauce. Their rotisserie chicken is roasted to golden crispy perfection. Juicy on the inside, and  goes well with their homemade rocoto chili sauce. Will definitely go back and try their signature ceviche and salchipapa next time. Salch
