We went there because of all the smiley faces in Open Rice. I don't know it got all those recommendations but the meal was a huge disappointment. Obviously, they don't get Italian food and cook like the Chinese. The foie gras was so overcooked that it tasted like the liver in congee. The lobster risotto was grainy like the rice in broth that many cha chan tangs serve -- no creaminess, no parmigiana, nothing recognizably Italian. The chocolate fondant was so overbaked that it turned into a chocol
