很久没有喝到那么好喝的咖啡了，醇香顺滑，完全配得上咖啡馆的口碑。Cappuccino的奶泡绵密不虚，牛奶作为配角，不抢风头也不扫兴，把咖啡衬托得刚刚好，奶味和咖啡味相得益彰。既然咖啡好，服务员小小的冷脸也可以无视啦😊

超健康既菠菜汁意粉 味道依然係超正🤤但我今次覺得佢個忌廉味冇左咁重 冇左咁漏 等我可以食得落半份French Toast😍👍所以超級推介大家試下上次食完呢個French toast覺翻尋味😋再一次唔理脂肪既增長照食🤤面頭金黃色煎得又lon 同上次超級滿意啊😍😍又要讚多次佢地整岀黎條蕉上面有燒lon左既焦糖 勁爆好食😂然而今次比上次仲勁既係我地得2個人都成功用5分鐘ko哂成個 真心大家有興趣可以挑戰我地😂

食完lunch時間尚早，喺附近行行下見到門口有個牌寫住Specialty Coffee World No.2，即時吸引左，決定飲杯咖啡提提神。一向鍾情Flat White唔落糖既我自然係叫返我既至愛。咖啡用粉藍色杯盛載，面頭有簡簡單單既拉花，整個外型甚是討好。一拎上手已聞到濃濃既咖啡香，飲落非常濃厚，唔會有燶味或苦味，溫度亦都剛剛好，熱得黎唔辣口。$38一杯高質咖啡價錢唔貴，返到office我依然念念不忘嗰陣怡人既香氣同濃厚既口感，一定會再有下次

一早起身心郁郁想食返個brunch，經好友介紹就黎左the Cupping Room😁位處毫不起眼既小巷中，但呢間小店都不乏客人光顧，好多人都會入黎自取外賣咖啡😊不過本身我唔飲咖啡，所以就無一試喇～麵包選用Sourdough係好適合既，因為可以吸荷蘭醬呢😝 煙三文魚大概有兩塊，仲有橙肉配搭，真係第一次見呀食落幾清新👍🏻 不過個人認為，伴菜份量可增加以減膩🙂意粉醬汁係忌廉加巴馬臣芝士混成，第一口食落富奶味，醬汁好濃厚稠身，不過食左半碟已經要投降😂有點兒飽滯....兩個人share都搞唔掂～可能個Egg Benedict本身都飽肚😣😣 呢碟意粉算係重口味之選吧～ 雞肉食得到只用左鹽簡單調味，如加入香草會更好👍🏻總括而言，如果你一覺醒來真係好餓，可來挑戰下😁😁😁

Cupping room食過好幾次都覺得唔錯，食物賣相同味道都一流😋對於我衣啲鐘意飲咖啡同鐘意忙裡偷閒嘅人黎講係一個好地方☕️Pan fried chicken breast with garlic creamy sauces HKD118意粉份量唔算多，但係好足料同好creamy👍🏻Egg benedict with smoked salmon HKD108Smoked salmon嘅味道同平時唔太一樣，好像用特別嘅方法處理過，不過好好味👍🏻iced chocolate同mocha一樣都錦好飲☕️

we went down for sunday brunch around 11. the place was so packed and loud. service wasn't great and it took more than 20 mins just to get our coffee. fyi, we ordered two long black, nothing fancy. food was just ok. if you're looking for a calm and nice brunch, avoid this place - it's a total opposite of calm and relaxing brunch.

在網上見到此店的凍朱古力十分吸引，有忌廉，還有雪糕，只看相片也令人垂涎。於是，今天專程到此店一嚐它的味道，結果卻令人失望。凍朱古力賣相奇差，像是把所有材料胡亂放進杯裡一般。味道方面，朱古力味道普通，雪糕內盡是小冰粒，不知是否雪藏過久。如此一杯凍朱古力，索價$60，實有「中伏」之感。

渴望著城市中的慢活愜意地呷一杯香濃咖啡吃一頓豐盛午餐滿足矣此日中午於願足矣來到The Cupping Room午餐Manu 的Creamy Spinach Mushroom Pasta配Cappuccino這一杯Cappuccino沒有令我失望。 精緻的拉花、香濃奶香、卻絲毫沒有掩蓋咖啡香味，反而更彰顯咖啡豆炭香回甘的滋味。唯獨咖啡杯不夠精美，襯托不起杯中好物 。Creamy Spinach Mushroom Pasta不過不失保持應有的水準，卻算不上驚喜之作呷一口美味的Cappuccino，縱然餐廳裏面嘈雜異常，我依然心如清水，獨自飲樂。

如果想輕鬆enjoy coffee,就唔好揀呢間。室內設計令環境非常嘈吵-比舊式酒樓更嘈。如果朋友坐對面，基本上要大聲講加睇口形先會聽到。食物質素一般，但都係公價cafe價錢，覺得唔值。服務係好基本，唔係特別好，比茶餐廳好少少，唔會呼喝你。周末消費，一人都$150-180左右啦brunch/lunch 時間，但overall感覺都幾頹，唔值呢個價錢囉，仲有好多其他選擇。食starbucks都可能抵d.不過如果有閒錢，咪去下，但扮文青就無架啦因爲地方又細又嘈又趕頭趕命咁。買takeaway coffee可能可以接受（不過隔1條街都有表參道coffee揀啦....)結論：只此一次.

The cupping room opens early for breakfast (8am) and the coffee is impeccable, but when it comes to food, the menu is a bit too easy?The sausage doesn't seem that special and yet the price tag is quite high, even the egg benedict looks like I could just make it at home easily, let alone the avocado toast. This costs me about 150 in total, but the ingredients looks like it costs roughly 50? Don't get me wrong, it's delicious, but just doesn't justify the price. Come for the coffee though!

偶然經過灣仔，發現在食肆林立的汕頭街上有一家黑白裝修的咖啡店，愛咖啡的我的確不能錯過。由於餐廳很受附近的上班族歡迎，最好來之前訂枱。店內主要是以pasta，全日早餐類和咖啡為主。在午餐餐牌上，我選了House cured salmon on toast with poached egg和Flat White。可能店內人多，而且大多數人都選擇Pasta，我等了差不多30分鐘才可以享用午餐。但我看得出廚師都花了不少心思擺盤，粉紅色的三文魚加上白色的波蛋，十分美觀。三文魚用紅菜頭汁醃過，顏色像吞拿魚，以前從來未見過如此漂亮的顏色，所以我都十分驚喜。三文魚味道新鮮肥美，配以旁邊的刁草蛋黃醬，調味合適。再加上少許檸檬汁，清新之餘亦減低三文魚油的膩，配撘恰當。而波蛋則十分流心，蛋汁沾滿香脆的多士，更為可口。至於Flat White，咖啡的香濃和香滑的奶配合得剛好，作為中午餐的餐飲，我覺得與主菜互相揮影。一口咖啡，一口麵包，十分寫意。建議客人預留多一點時間在這裡慢慢品嘗美食，因為餐廳是提供一個舒適寫意的空間給客人，不講求速度而在乎觀賞價值和味道，所以這裡很適合假日或者閒時放空的好地方。
