Giando Italian喺湾仔星街,隐世于住宅区内,邻近PP3,带有浓厚嘅欧陆色彩,环境幽静又舒适,适合商务聚餐或者约朋友一齐慢慢倾偈。今次预早订位嚟试试呢间 🍽️。上佢个网一睇、原来giando都来头不少:“Giando has been awarded ’Tre Bicchieri‘ Three Glasses from Gambero Rosso 2023;’50 Best Italian Restaurant In The World 2023‘ by 50 top Italy and ranks 22nd out of 50 restaurants worldwide.”符合一间意大利餐厅重视仪式感的摆枱及布置,尽管杯子和餐具没有过度铺排,但摆放整齐、干净,表现出简单的高雅感,给人一种轻松优雅的氛围。意大利餐厅重视自然和轻松的用餐氛围,这间餐厅透过植物和户外空间连接的设计让人彷佛置身于意大利乡村的户外花园。🍝佢个set lunch可以选择3-course或者4-course,我自己本来系打算4-course,然后前菜要Parma Ham Italian Melon,但落漏咗…… 所以最后只有Soup+Main+Dessert:1️⃣ MINESTRONE CLASSICO:经典蔬菜汤,味道传统唔太浓,特别注意佢唔知点解用咗三色豆 🥕🫛2️⃣ FETTUCCINE CON CREMA DI ZUCCA E SALSICCIA:南瓜忌廉汁配香肠意粉,意粉带嚼劲算标准,配合南瓜汁浓郁具层次感 🎃🍝3️⃣ GIANDUM:盐味花生雪糕批配Mascarpone奶油同蜜糖脆片,甜而不腻,有点小惊喜 🍯🍨4️⃣ 特浓咖啡:正常发挥☕️侍应服务殷勤,会主动refill面包同水,仲会清除枱面嘅面包碎,而呢个环境加上服务同价钱喺中环嚟讲性价比算高,除咗落漏order试唔到Parma Ham之外,整体是挺满意的。

今日试吓一家位于湾仔的意大利餐厅,周末只有brunch供应,$488 一位。Vittello tonnato Slow cooked veal loin, tuna and caper sauce这个慢煮小牛肉味道不错,既有肉香,口感相当软滑又唔肥腻,感觉轻盈。Prosciutto di devodier Devodier parma ham这parma ham 没有太干,切得够薄,口感比较油润软身,略带咸香,若有蜜瓜,可更理想。Carpaccio di ricciolaAmberjack carpaccio , lemon & capers这𫚕鱼十分新鲜,鱼肉柔嫩又有光泽,加上柠檬汁,是清新鲜美的意大利风味。Polipo e patate Marinated octopus & potato salad油渍八爪鱼口感带一些韧道,味道平平;但薯仔沙律中的红黄蕃茄却出奇的清甜可口,是充满南意风味特色。Minestrone Classico Minestrone soup这什菜汤有十多种蔬菜,蔬菜粒份量不少,是纯天然的蔬菜原风味,健康口味。Insalata cesare Cesar salad, black garlic sauce. 沙律菜十分新鲜,口感清爽脆口,加上轻盈的黑蒜沙律汁和芝士粉,芝味十足,味道唔会太单调。Braciola di mariale +48Grilled herb crushed pork chop, cabbage猪扒是厚切的,是猪柳部分,啖啖肉,没有肥膏,肉质柔软纤细,带香草风味,不错。Bistecca di manzo +68Grilled Wagyu beef rump, rocket and tomato salad. 和牛卖相不错,烤至半熟,肉味浓,可惜唔系肥美的那种,而且带少少筋,真系有少少韧。然而火箭菜和蕃茄都几新鲜, refreshing. Desserts 估唔到一共有五款甜品!tiramisu 真可口!是沉隐的朱古力风味,又有少少酒香,creamy 又湿润,又唔太甜,好吃!sorbet 是典型雪芭风味,酸酸的,入口冰凉。菠萝正!超甜又多汁!泡芙creamy 软滑,充满空气感。 crème brûlée 表面焦脆甜美,加上香滑炖旦,丰盈甜美。这一顿午餐真丰富,晚餐也不用吃了。

作为食家嘅我,好钟意捐窿捐罅周围发掘餐厅👩🏻🍳经过星街发现一幢住宅隔离有一间隐世意大利🇮🇹Fusion 餐厅🍽️就胆粗粗约咗个客入去试吓里面环境气氛好舒服,充满欧陆式色彩,侍应好有礼貌,摆枱亦跟足欧式规矩 🍽️餐厅里面有cheese trolley,放咗唔同种类嘅芝士,可惜我对奶类敏感与芝士无缘 🧀 今次叫咗3 Courses Set Lunch。一开始已经有三款面包on aside🥨🥖🥐意外地+28 已经可以任饮sparkling / distill water (通常酒店或者高级小小嘅西餐厅都起码收$50以上)第一道菜系PROSCIUTTO DI PARMA E MELONE 🍈 24 Months “Devodier” Parma Ham, Italian melon蜜瓜好爽甜,唯独风干火腿比较淡味第二道菜系CAVATELLI ALLO SCOGLIOCavatelli, Fresh Mixed Seafood, Tomato Sauce呢度菜要额外 +38 upgradeCavatelli 质地烟靭,细细粒易食,个蕃茄酱汁唔够浓厚,配合海鲜一齐煮有啲腥,唯有自己加pepper,呢度有啲失色食完之后侍应会主动过嚟帮你清洁枱面,9成跟足传统欧式餐饮程序甜品TIRAMISU 亦都要额外+38 upgrade 意外冇乜芝士味,而且质感好滑,咖啡粉好足够味道好浓郁,呢个真系好值得试👍有惊喜人均$500 以内,食物质素、装修及环境气氛,大体唔失礼好适合交际应酬、商务午餐🥣情侣浪漫吓都好ok静静地,摸吓手仔,摸吓酒杯仔,荷包又唔赤,不亦乐乎大家去食之前可以去佢哋嘅网站望吓个Menu,同了解吓佢哋嘅背景返去睇完个介绍先知道原来呢间餐厅好劲除咗拎咗2023 年 Gambero Rosso 的「Tre Bicchieri」三杯奖;仲系50 家顶级意大利餐厅评选为“2023 年全球 50 家最佳意大利餐厅”在全球 50 家餐厅中排名第 22 名。👏🏻呢个价钱,呢个名气质素真系冇得输

Went for a Friday night dinner with my friends and it was a satisfying meal.Starting with the Scallops and Red Shrimps Carpaccio, it is such a delicious and refreshing starter option.The use of scallops and red shrimps provided a sweet and delicate flavor to the dish. The addition of Mediterranean flavours, such as olive oil, lemon, and herbs added a bright and fresh flavor to the dish, making it a perfect starter to whet your appetite.The Blu Fin Tuna Tartare with Burrata was my favourite. The creamy burrata added a smooth and creamy texture. The use of tuna added a rich and meaty flavor to the dish, and overall it was a well-balanced and flavorful starter.Moving on to the Potato Gnocchi with Black Truffle, it was a decadent and flavorful combination of ingredients. The use of black truffle adds a luxurious touch to the dish, and the cheese fondue and ham provided a rich, salty flavor that complemented the delicate potato gnocchi and fava beans.The Tenderloin was also a well-balanced and satisfying main course. The use of Hollandaise sauce added a rich and buttery flavor to the dish, while the grilled beef tenderloin provided a tender and juicy texture.Finally, the Tiramisu dessert is a classic Italian dessert that is always a crowd-pleaser. It was smooth and velvety, such a delicious and satisfying way to end our meal.It was a wonderful dining experience overall and their starters were the standout dishes of the night.
