La Baguette Limted (已結業)

今次要介紹的Fresh Bar & Cafe 位於中環蘭桂芳，它們的三明治sandwiches非常好吃噢，光是想起我已經很想回去再買來吃了… pizza 亦是極度好吃，絕對是驚艷又滿足。此店很小，open window, high chair, 坐到店內也只有一點點冷氣，感覺非常的外國。裝潢比較陳舊但還算乾淨。只是夏天濕度比較高的日子可能會有一點點粘粘的… 絕大多數的客人都是來買sandwiches外帶，坐下吃的人很少，而且一般很快就吃完離開，所以在這裡要找位置吃午餐可謂輕而易舉。－　＊　－　＊　－　＊　－打開menu 大概大家都會傻眼：這麼長的menu, 那麼多的配搭! 怎麼挑? 其實也不難。我們只要挑麵包、內餡、醬汁三大類就可以。麵包：(Rye) baguette法式長包 /Ciabatta意大利軟包 / Panini / bagel / Focaccia / Sliced他們的麵包都是店裡烘製。收到order 才從焗爐夾出來! 所以都是皮脆又鬆軟，十級好吃。Nothing could possibly gone wrong with a freshly baked bread!

I stopped by La Baguette the other day after reading around online for good sandwich places in HK. I was there a little past the normal lunch rush, which was lucky. While there are a fair number of seats, they do get filled and you have to seat yourself. Since most seating is counter seating, you're unlikely to fit a group here.I was momentarily overwhelmed by the size of the menu and just ordered one of their "most popular sandwiches" from the blackboard: chicken, bacon & avocado on a baguette.

Went to La Baguette during the week and was not disappointed as usual. No matter how long between visits, I know that the quality of sandwiches here never disappoints. And its the only place I can get a decent focaccia in town. Too many things on the menu to recommend, but lets just say that you can't go wrong with anything containing advocado or duck (or both!) ... but that could just be me!Their baguettes are just crunchy enough without overpowering the sandwich, and the toasted panini's or fo

Halloween, 凑熱鬧，晚上七時許到達蘭桂坊，已經是人山人海。逛了一圈，找到這間店子，地方較淺窄，不過可以邊吃邊看出行人路，欣賞不時走過的「鬼怪」，也是賞心樂事。點了長條三文治配牛肉，以及煙肉雞胸pasta，兩者都很有水準：三文治包質地外脆內輭，牛肉切得很薄，但份量不少，肉質十分嫩滑，加上生菜、蛋醬，配合得宜。煙肉雞胸pasta,煙肉是炸得脆卜卜的那種，雞胸則不算太嫩，只屬合格。配以磨菇白汁的意粉，質感有彈性，味道也鮮甜。看到街上人歡樂的氣氛，冷不防身邊已經有個疑似「多啦A夢」的物體坐在一旁...

Flipping through the pages of a local dining wiki, knew this newly opened 'LTD' residing along the LKF.The bar tables and stools only allow a brief stay for a quite bite obviously. Got its avocado with duck confit in scandinavian rye baguette, the bread was lightly toasted and its crispiness was well accompanied by the fresh sliced avocado which blends well with the juicy duck confits. Didn't know that it's signature dishes are sandwiches until after I read the comments below.But personally I think it's pasta is real great.........especially the one with tomato sauce and chicken slices. Pasta is hot and non-greasy, quite a healthy choice for lunch indeed.Although the seats doesn't look too comfortable to dine in, I think I would still stay and eat in instead of taking away........cos pasta is best when served real hot !

La Baguette（長棍麵包）不單是咱家製，Mayonnaise 也是咱家調的…想不到是在蘭桂坊吧？吃的是Avocado & Turkey Sandwich，要Rye w/ Scandinavian Baguette：裸麥包仍帶點香脆，裡面仍是軟軟的- 加上creamy 的牛油果、半脆的生菜片，唔唔…「火雞」用上的是真的火雞胸（而非煙火雞片）- 火雞胸切得厚但份量少，雖然口感重在，但不如Archie B's 的震撼，味道相對也比較淡…那當然囉- 它的價錢才不過是Archie B's 的七折。下次瞄準Queasdilla（3 Cheese+Wild Mushroom）。

今日有點大食. 除了要了一份三文治外, 還要了是日餐湯- 青豆湯. 湯很thick, 味道濃郁, 大力推介! 三文治要了雞塊. 雞肉有配料, 不清楚是什麼, 但見有碎菜如紅蘿蔔的, 十分好味道!價錢仍是偏高. 外賣的湯很細碗, 但要$22. 三文治今次只要一種餡料, 但也要$35. 不過足料又好味, 三文治的蔬菜又新鮮, 所以仍是給笑臉一個!

在中環, 想吃份好吃的, 即叫即做的三文治真不容昜.大大小小的三文治店我大概都去過了, 都是不滿而回. 但這間的則不俗.我要了wholemeal baguette with double cheddar and gammon. 伴的青菜很多, double cheddar 很厚且cheese 味不太淡. Gammon 有肉汁. 唯baguette 稍為靭了一點, 且不暖. 但整體上也算好吃.堂座座位不多. Bar chair 式的高座位看上去不會太舒服. 但環境清潔簡單, 尚算OK. Set lunch 看上去也不俗. 有湯有pasta 選擇. 下次有多些時間我會試試堂食.
