It looks like people are expecting a feast or meat festival here not knowing that the whole idea behind this is mindful eating and it’s centered around a plant based/ pescatarian diet. The quality of food is exceptional, pricing is very reasonable especially compared to Arcane, you’re getting a lot of value. The portions are NOT small, in fact it’s just right if you order a bunch of dishes to share. We loved the beets, stracciatella, toothfish, croustillant. Spanakopita was average because no feta inside the filo. Melon (gazpacho) soup was a bit sweet nonetheless interesting. Pavlova was exceptional, coconut panna cotta was very nice, and flambé figs was awesome. Overall excellent experience. Unfortunately the seating environment is a bit lacking (atmospherically) as you’re seated out in the shopping mall but not really a big deal tbh as it’s comfortable and not loud. Service is also very decent. Hope this place sticks around for a while. We’ll be back!!

原本以為是亞支竹,但原來是菊芋。
烤菊竽的口感很像烤薯仔,配菜亦很新鮮,是非常不錯的前菜

這是其中一款signature dish,
聽聞這菜式概念啟發自Arcane 的一位廚師為員工製作的麻婆豆腐。
這裡的‘’麻婆豆腐’‘,一反傳統的油膩,保留了主菜-豆腐和少許麻辣。配上小黃瓜,蕃茄,薏米等等.. 很清新的配搭。雖然沒有豬肉,但薏米煙煙韌韌很有口感。
Three grain Mapo Tofu這名字相信純粹是紀念這菜式的由來。

淡淡的椰香cream,配上酸酸地的紅莓和鬆脆的Pastry,甜而不腬。


總括來說,這是一頓愉快的午餐,食材很新鮮,味道很好,菜單不多,適合選擇困難的我!價錢就見仁見智,但值得一試。

One main course to share: the Spanakopita- a Greek savory spinach pie, which often contains cheese. Cashew sauce on the side tasted very yummy.

As dessert: peach and passion fruit pavlova, an egg white dessert, crispy on the outside, fluffy and soft on the inside. Always a fan of the pavlova- this particular one was perfect amount of sweetness, very yummy with the fruits.

Newly opened resto by the Arcane collective’s famous final table and Michelin one star chef Shane Osborn and chef Micheal Smith. Same as Arcane, dishes in Moxie are also simple yet well executed , Light and small in portion. We ordered shitake udon as starter as we were very hungry 😂 and we knew the portion of the food is gonna be small. Octopus and seabass as our main, and pavlova as our dessert. I think everything was quite on point as we anticipated, the seabass was extremely tender inside

Octopus and seabass as our main, and pavlova as our dessert.
I think everything was quite on point as we anticipated, the seabass was extremely tender inside with the crispy skin outside, I liked the tomatoe and chipotle salsa as I like strong flavour.
Also love the pavlova, so refreshing without excessive sweetness.

Everything was pretty good but just the portion was really small, we had to grab some cakes from butter and cookie dpt right after this meal 😂
Around $500pp.. is acceptable in this district, worth trying, good for business lunch, but probably not for big eaters and group gatherings.
