第二次黎呢間cafe 第一次黎飲hot mocha 特別好飲！印象深刻 相隔大半年 再帶朋友黎 都係飲番hot mocha $45 水準依舊好 朋友試左啖都話好好飲👍🏼👍🏼 呢個拉花係我指定的 玫瑰花 好靚呀！😍 坐位算少 但幾文青的感覺 影相吾錯 喜歡門口呢個位！可以影偽文青相 哈哈🙈btw店員服務態度幾好 有機會會再來

NOC is a little gem near the wet market in Central. Perhaps the shop is becoming more popular, the prices for some items have gone up within a 6-month period. I ordered the same stuff as before: double-shot cap and a black pepper ham sandwich. The sandwich used to be $20 cheaper but they did change from white bread to ciabatta. 因為喜歡cafe的悠閒氣氛，所以常找不同的地方試。可是現在中環大部分cafes都非常繁忙，完全沒有悠閒的氣氛。一看到斜坡上的這家有室外座位馬上就進去了。踏進小店，就看到咖啡吧，那邊的店員就指出menu位置。點了咖啡和蛋糕我就到了外面，店員也很快把咖啡和蛋糕送上。我選的蛋糕是 fig earl grey cake。足料是一看就知道，蛋糕上放滿一片片的無花果！帶著一貫無花果的淡淡甜味，下面的蛋糕的earl grey 味很濃！而且不會乾身，餅底還是脆的！很欣賞這個外表很平實卻又很好吃的蛋糕！咖啡的拉花很美！flat white 的奶打得很滑！送來的時候是剛好能喝的溫度^_^味道甜甜的 很nutty 很適合我的口味！店員的服務也很不錯，重點是有很帥氣的老闆！聽說很多人來就是為了看他 hahahahahaaaa

小妹終於可以一試雜誌上面超人氣NOC coffee & roaster! 位於中上環交界，小店雖小但五臟俱全，無論店舖外內設計、menu、coffee bar枱定係高身櫈以至店內音樂(包括客人，哈)都充斥住一種「洋」味，令小妹多少有d惦記住以前喺澳洲嘅日子呢。踏進店內，咖啡芳香同親切女店員的笑容令人非常舒暢，即使非常忙碌女店員亦不忘幫忙Set 位，非常有Heart!Black Pepper Ham Sandwich坐喺coffee bar枱望住店員(相信係店主Benny)用心準備同拼湊一份三文治，未食之前已感受到佢對食物以及客人嘅尊重。雜誌上面提到三文治並非塗上牛油而用蛋液代替再煎香。果然蛋味突出而又保持到五穀包鬆軟，咸度剛好，加上旁邊新鮮沙律菜點綴，整體味道平衡。Latte(+Rose)小妹本身口味有少少偏淡，所以覺得係甜咗少少之外，加埋個靚靚拉花，係滿意嘅。Latte即使放置咗一陣並無大氣泡出現，飲落去口感亦都豐富綿滑，咖啡味之中有陣陣奶香再配上濃郁玫瑰花香味交融~玫瑰味道可以飲到唔係劣質糖漿，香味至味道都真實。Hand Drip – Kenya去咖啡店飲Hand Drip是常識

最近，跟朋友們在嘉咸街食晚飯，發現附近新開了一間咖啡店 NOC Coffee & Roaster， 當時是仍試業，連招牌的紅紙尚未撕走！我們趁早到，好奇看看咖啡店的價錢，有明星相的年輕老闆走出來招呼我們，原來店子在當日的翌日8月16日(星期日)開業！他熱情地推介咖啡及茶給我們，還告訴我們咖啡師曾在2011年獲取世界咖啡師大賽冠軍殊榮，更聲稱不會令我們失望！直至上星期六早上，我打算上班前幫襯，怎料星期六開 10:00am，而咖啡機設定 9:30am 開，就連忙於清潔店子的老闆也幫不到忙！ 於是，我在星期六下午去幫襯，店子卻坐滿食客！除了咖啡連鎖店之外，通常坊間的咖啡店多以型格裝潢，這裡卻是走工業風路線，灰色水泥牆，貨櫃外型設計的箱子，入型入格！此外，店內設有男女洗手間各一，相當貼心又方便！臨走，我去女洗手間才發現，連洗手間也滲出工業風格！ 整體工業裝潢夠澈底！ 可見花上的心思！供應：咖啡、茶、三文治、沙律以咖啡為例，可另加口味糖漿 +$5可堂食及外賣，店及不算大，卻是店內頗多座位！ 前半部份水泥座位及後半部份的木椅子，吧枱位置或者室外的木餐桌椅子。可容納大約廿名食客！用上意大利出產的專業
