Osteria Marzia這家Black Sheep集團的餐廳, 先不說菜式, 在服務上可改善的地方是在其時間性嘅安排, 上菜速度慢而有點不均, 同樣是原條魚的處理, 比我遲入場的另外兩枱食客, 比我們還要早10分鐘能夠品嚐, 有點不明所以. 侍應有禮而餐廳經理樂於聆聽食客意見而即時有回應, 禮貌和態度上沒有什麼問題.這家餐廳主打意大利海鮮菜, 除了貝殼類和龍蝦外, 最重要當然是原條鮮魚的處理. 我和女友點了原條鯛魚, 烤完再以Acqua Pazza, 照譯就是Crazy Water再煮成, 其實湯底一點也不Crazy, 以蕃茄, 白酒, 橄欖油及蜆肉煮成, 再加上魚本身旳鮮味, 味道可喜, 鯛魚不會煮得太散, 吃起來也算滿足.Frutto di mare其實就是泛指貝殼類, 這家的貝殼雜燴有青口, 蜆和墨魚, 以蕃茄湯煮成, 貝殼走沙走得透徹, 口感來彈而咸鮮味不會令人抗拒. 意粉本身口感彈牙, 以沙甸魚為其帶出鹹鮮味, 而果仁令其口感更為爽脆, 配撘自然. 只是整餐的敗筆竟然是來自麵包, 在烤爐上烤得過火, 不只是燶而是一入口帶有強烈的苦味, 是其風格還是失手, 我也是黑人問號呢

Frutto di mare其實就是泛指貝殼類, 這家的貝殼雜燴有青口, 蜆和墨魚, 以蕃茄湯煮成, 貝殼走沙走得透徹, 口感來彈而咸鮮味不會令人抗拒. 意粉本身口感彈牙, 以沙甸魚為其帶出鹹鮮味, 而果仁令其口感更為爽脆, 配撘自然. 只是整餐的敗筆竟然是來自麵包, 在烤爐上烤得過火, 不只是燶而是一入口帶有強烈的苦味, 是其風格還是失手, 我也是黑人問號呢!

一行入餐廳已有個靚靚海鮮吧,抬頭有個好靚嘅月亮掛咗係半空,卡位嘅裝修好似坐咗係Gondola🛶上面食飯嘅感覺。叫完嘢即上麵包配鯷魚、牛油。鯷魚鹹香味重,唔食鹹嘢嘅飲多幾啖水柚子北海道帶子(張相手震無得用),帶子新鮮,配搭柚子、紅柚、青檸,成個配搭好refreshing🍋櫻桃茄龍蝦扁意粉,用波士頓龍蝦切粒,配櫻桃茄及扁意粉,意粉係Al Dente的,幾出色🍝最後主菜叫燒春雞(因為無晒Ribeye,所以叫咗燒春雞),第一啖食雞髀食到脆皮香口,肉質亦算juicy,點知除咗雞髀之後,其他部位都好老。其實本身係想嗌生蠔同安格斯肉眼牛扒,點知兩樣都無,有啲失望。希望下次可以食到

No photo. The food/value/ambience was good/ok, but not really impressive. However, the staff was awesome.They were friendly and attentive, and they knew their products. When we ordered, the Chinese (Manager? In suit) was able to explain the syle of the three wines and the details of the several dishes I wanted to try, on the spot. When we finished the main courses, I wanted an Affogato, which was not on the menu. Instead of a 'no' or 'let me check with the chef', another waiter politely expl

When we finished the main courses, I wanted an Affogato, which was not on the menu. Instead of a 'no' or 'let me check with the chef', another waiter politely explained to me that it might not be a very good idea as they only had fruit flavor Gelato that night.

No big deal really but unfortunately the staff of many restaurants in Hong Kong does not know what exactly they are serving. These guys did.

Black sheep group嘅餐廳都係質素嘅保證,但呢間主打南意海鮮嘅餐廳真係令人失望。貼心嘅係佢哋每一枱都有準備消毒洗手液,口罩袋同埋濕紙巾,食客食飯嘅時候都會多一份安心。餐廳主打海鮮菜式,不過今日叫嘅barramundi 真係強差人意,食材唔係好新鮮之餘,更加冇乜特色。而令一個主菜春雞更加係太肥,真心唔係好好食。甜品嘅gelato太過多水份,好似食緊vanilla味沙冰多過gelato。唯一可取之處就係呢間餐廳樓底好高,裝修真係幾靚。

最近無得外遊,唯有透過不同國家的料理,感受各國風情。這間餐廳賣的是南意大利菜,由於意大利南部近海,因此菜式主打海鮮。Acqua Pazza(意指: Crazy Water)方式煮的魚第一次試,材料簡單,車厘茄、蒜、香料加水來煮魚,完全是吃魚的鮮味,來自意大利的車厘茄甜而不酸,提升整碟料理的質素。價錢唔算平,但大大條,夠哂兩個人食。另一主菜Lobster Chitarra 的意粉汁由龍蝦殼煮而成,也是以車厘茄配搭,同樣美味。Chitarra較一般意粉厚,個人偏好Al Dante口感,呢一碟絕對合格有餘。前菜的生蠔、間場的麵包也不錯,但最後的chocolate pistachio crostata才是重點,令不太好甜品的我回味無窮,底面兩層的朱古力濃而不會過苦過甜,中層開心果脆卜卜增加口感之餘,配埋酸度恰當的berry juice,perfect! 餐廳店員服務很好,主動介紹食物和酒(他介紹的白酒十分不錯),我遇到的疑問他也詳細解答,唔知是否因為疫情,餐廳坐不滿,希望繼續做到落去。

Used to love this place back couple of years ago, both food and services were quite good. After a long while, back here last night. Food was ok, not as great as before. Used to love this place back couple of years ago, both food and services were quite good. After a long while, back here last night. Food was ok, not as great as before. Oysters weren’t fresh enough, as you can see in the picture, some even look like they are dying... The Mediterranean sea bream was ok but the clams were smelly and we had to send it back. The other dishes were ok. The service team used to be great and friendly. Apparently the whole team has changed and I could not recognise any of them. The sommelier was ok all the way and we had quite a few bottles of good wine. The French guy who took our order wasn’t so bad at the beginning and tried hard to explain the menu. However, he didn’t come back after taken the order, at least to check if our food is ok, check our order, offer us dessert, after dinner drinks... Six of us ordered many dishes to share. The oysters came quickly. And then we waited for almost an hour for the next dish. If we hadn’t complained, perhaps the rest of the dishes would never come. We shared all the dishes, and no serving spoons until we asked. After finishing all the food for a long time, no one cared if we want anything else, until we asked for dessert menu. The service is really sucks. And the restaurant wasn’t busy at all, only 3 or 4 small tables the whole night, as it was the last night to allow dine in before the new social distancing rule... The service was so disappointed!

同舊同學食晚飯gathering,因為大家都响灣仔返工,所以揀間餐廳近大家。而我想食西餐,所以book左呢間西餐廳(响Flemming hotel樓下),原來有驚喜!一坐低後restaurant manager就將個餐牌慢慢用英文介紹一次,雖然佢係識廣東話,但我估係佢責任規定咁介紹。不過我哋自己都有心水,所以好快決定到,點左半打Oyster,一個pasta同條Sea bass😋個生蠔🦪係超級新鮮,有好强烈嘅aftertastes ,完全唔需要加醬汁都好好食😌食完一隻真係唔想咁快食第二隻,因為想繼續品賞個味道😋而個意粉就中規中矩,啲clams 都算大隻,炒出嚟都幾香。最後個sea bass 配個紅汁,我地叫waiter分開條魚同汁上,可以按自己喜好加。魚嘅肉質好好,廚師响我地面前切開起骨,服務一流!我同學話呢間係正宗嘅南意大利菜 (多海鮮),而食後都覺得價錢好值得😋👍🏻

最後個sea bass 配個紅汁,我地叫waiter分開條魚同汁上,可以按自己喜好加。魚嘅肉質好好,廚師响我地面前切開起骨,服務一流!

我同學話呢間係正宗嘅南意大利菜 (多海鮮),而食後都覺得價錢好值得😋👍🏻

we went with the set menu which was ok. They made recommendations for the wine to go with the food, but it wasn't that great. The staff was pretty nice and friendly, there were a lots of bdays songs that night so the atmosphere was pretty fun with everyone signing n clapping.

Pasta好有咬口。個汁咁啱同下面starter個汁有少少似🤣都係好香嘅蕃茄同羅勒葉味。但個人覺得龍蝦粒🦞大舊啲口感會好啲🤔另外覺得個汁有啲太稀🤤好似好多水咁。

西冷我哋叫三成熟,但嚟到好似熟咗少少。面頭嘅炸乾蔥就幾香口🤤但呢道菜無乜特別,下次都係嗌返海鮮🦐。

💥Rum Baba
呢個唔記得咗幾錢😱因為係問店員邊個甜品有意大利特色啲再叫佢幫我哋order的😛Rum baba落咗意大利酒Limoncello落去整,所以都幾香。但上面嘅糖漬橙皮略嫌過甜。
評價: 6/10 🙂(唔係佢唔好食,純粹我麻麻地類似Granny cake口感嘅蛋糕🤭。)

I’ve been here a few times before and always had a good time with the old crew. I visited again recently for a special occasion, hoping for another great evening, but found that the staff had changed. They also have a new rule of having the table only for 1.5 hours, which is a bit challenging for a proper three course meal (and this is not a cheap restaurant).That’s all good and understandable, people have been leaving the city during COVID. I visited again recently for a special occasion, hoping for another great evening, but found that the staff had changed. They also have a new rule of having the table only for 1.5 hours, which is a bit challenging for a proper three course meal (and this is not a cheap restaurant).

That’s all good and understandable, people have been leaving the city during COVID. The restaurant also needs to make a living. The atmosphere, however is completely changed. It has lost the cozy feeling of being properly hosted by friends, which was the draw of this place. It certainly did not feel like a premium restaurant. The food is above average, but for this price point, I can eat at many other restaurants for a similar experience.

The service staff were generally kind and polite, but there was a lady serving staff who was especially rude. Every interaction with her, it felt like she could not wait for us to leave. When the time came for the bill she literally *dropped* the bill on the table without a word. Appalling.

Extremely sad to lose such a special place, but we won’t be going back any time soon.

Had an enjoyable lunch at Osteria Marzia, got to know they are from the Black Sheep restaurant group as well.Located in The Fleming, an urban boutique hotel, Osteria Marzia's lofty dining room brings amazing tasting experience.Friendly staff were well versed with the menu, and served with hospitality.We had a minute struggling over the choice of the main course,  cos both dishes sounds so appetising,and it was so caring for them to repeat the introduction in Cantonese just to make sure we get wh

最值得一提的是煎封鱸魚 肉質鮮嫩 火候剛好 風乾番茄的風味也隨著橄欖油進到魚肉內
餐湯也美味得驚喜 義大利式的蛋花湯口感清爽 zucchini (翠玉瓜?)也保留了微微爽脆的口感 並沒有隨湯煮爛

Love the freshness of the egg drop soup and sweetness of the zucchini. Seasonings was on the point.

Especially now in the covid era, it is sometimes uncomfortable to dine out as you worry about safety and it takes away from the dining experience if you are worrying. But coming here, I immediately felt welcomed and forgot about the crap outside. The team was very friendly and was very helpful for our dinner as it was my first time. Food was generous and I didn’t feel rushed at all. A bit pricey but worth saving up for. Will be back again for another occasion.
