之前同個friend買咗2隻酒杯🍷今日就約咗出嚟灣仔交收，跟住就順便一齊即興地食埋個食個飯😚Pirata 係意大利Pirata group 旗下嘅餐廳，同pici, the optimist, honjo 為同一個集團🏛。呢間係位於29樓同埋30樓既一間好有情調嘅意大利餐廳，而佢29樓同埋30樓中間係靠一條小樓梯去連接住，食客可以自由上落，裝修亦都好有古典風格🕍。🧀Burrata and parma Burrata cheese 好濃奶味，口感帶點黏韌，就咁食已經好enjoy，不過略嫌鹽落重手左😗18months 既 parama harm 好香咸味🤤side dish 有火箭菜同車厘茄，但不喜食火箭菜，略嫌有d苦澀🤭。🥩The butcher’s cut 一上台，深深吸引住我既目光😍呢個係二人份量👥用左flank steak，叫左medium rare，而medium rare 只可以係信任既餐廳點既😚重牛味，肉嫩有小小筋，但可接受的，用鹽簡單調一調味已經足夠了，side dish 有火箭菜，我都係唔食的🤣。🥟Plin ravioli Ravioli 包住雞肉同埋鵝肝，加埋veal

I chose Pirata for birthday celebration. The staff was polite, she had greeting with us and gave us ideas about different kind of food shown on the menu. Pirata group旗下嘅餐廳間間都高質又好食，今日就去咗佢地起家食意菜嘅Pirata慶祝朋友生日🥳落單後就會送上特色麵包籃，裏面有3種唔同嘅麵包，我哋都refill左起碼三次😂最底有個好特別類似水泡餅形狀嘅香草味crackers，意外地好食！Cold cut and Cheese Board (4 selection)最驚喜係佢哋超濃味嘅Blue Cheese, 陣奶羶芝士味充滿成個口腔 配咸香嘅ham同佢地嘅House red, 一個字 絕！Beef Tartare 估佢唔到居然係辣嘅，似食壽司辣味三文魚嘅感覺，份量都唔少 配上簿脆或者麵包，開胃之選Burrata cheese and Parma Burrata比起剛剛cheese board相對淡味啲，食嘅係清香嘅奶味同布甸般嘅口感呢次嘅ham少肥d但依家有嗰個油甘香，食得出係age得更長時間Plin Ravioli都係有驚喜🤩估唔到鵝肝配芝士係咁夾，一咬落去仲有少少爆汁🤤麵皮都彈牙，食得出係自家製 其實食完一舊已經有啲濟，但配上佢嘅檸檬汁 就仲可以食多幾件！Honest Lasagna 點解佢叫honest呢？其實我都唔知

We came here during Sunday noon for their brunch.In conclude, $298 per person is a good deal.Once you order, there are 4 starters for you to share, including Caesar Salad, Tomato Bruschetta, Vitello Tonnato and homemade meatballs. The view and vibe of Pirata was really great! My friends have booked this restaurant to celebrate my birthday with me.Their staff are so nice and warm! Can you imagine, the whole team came out to sing the birthday song and wishes me happy birthday!
