每朝早都趕住返工，有時真係趕唔切食早餐，所以我最鐘意見到地鐵站入邊有呢間外賣cafe，有咖啡同麵包，又有早晨套餐。咖啡味道好好飲，而且麵包有好多唔同選擇，趕時間買返公司食，真係一流。

每次途徑金鐘地鐵站，也想試試這些卷物，今次試了京式烤鸭卷，令我一試難忘。烤鸭配上紅悤頭，青瓜， 菠菜，很清新，没有油膩感，再加上海鮮芝麻沙律酱，味道很夾。夾餅似印度烤餅，吃了庭进也没迭有世迍罪恶感，減肥中的我是很好選擇。

這間Pret A Manger餐廳是一間英國公司，於香港有十多間分店!本人超喜歡吃它們的香蕉蜜糖乾果乳酪!細細杯，香蕉在底，中間是滿滿的乳酪，topping 加上香脆的granola 和清甜的蜜糖。乳酪微酸開胃，再加上穀物香蕉，豐富的膳食纖維，非常健康﹗平常我會買來當早餐吃，間中下午肚餓，亦會買來當小吃!!!Granola 感覺比粟米片健康，營養價值和口感亦相對高些，因為Granola保留了穀物原本的外型，所以同時留下許多營養。添加堅果再以蜂蜜烘烤，微甜香脆，泡在乳酪當中也比較不會軟掉!相信大部分女生都會喜歡!!

Always my go-to spot for grabbing lunch sandwich. Their chicken salad sandwich is very filling, very fresh salad leaves juicy tomatoes, five grains sandwich bread with creamy filling chicken salad and bacon. Every ingredients combine well. If I were to make one suggestion, they could do more of different kinds of baguette with smaller size just like that of petite cafe instead of ham and cheese or the egg salad option only.

Big fan of their sandwich, like a regular lunch/breakfast option. This review however is for the fruit cup my colleague got me. I love fruits but I am kind of lazy so I would get their mixed berry smoothie when I feel like getting vitamin boost from here. There’s melon, pineapple, a red grape, orange, watermelon in it which variety I like but they are not very delicious n fresh to my taste as I do have quite a high standard for fruits and salad. Think I would stick to their sandwich ...

My favorite sandwich from here nowadays is the English cheddar and pickle, for sure! It’s so unique that is hard to find elsewhere. (Though I really love their cranberry and Brie too but it’s Xmas only) There’s lots of salad green in it, the cheddar is strong and chessy which goes so well with their special pickle sauce and the fresh salad leaveslove itIf their pickle sauce is available for sale, think I would get a jar! Due to their convenient location at the mtr, this is on my way back to office. I am lazy thinking what to get most of the time and just grab the ham and cheese breakfast baguette. Somehow wanted to give it a try their other option grilled tomato and egg salad. It taste great, the grilled tomato is very flavoring, taste natural and homemade kind of food. I also love how the portion is just right for me

今日反晏，冇時間食早餐，所以一早門口去地鐵站就臨急臨忙喺地鐵站買早餐食~ 金鐘地鐵站嘅選擇都好多，有熟食，亦都有三文治，同埋蛋糕！我揀咗呢間pret a Manger!! 其實之前有食過，但係好耐都冇再買，所以今次就再幫襯😍 因為朝早，所以佢嘅選擇都好多，而且都係數量好多，唔會見到賣晒~ 我就鍾情於呢度嘅三文治，雖然佢沙律都好好食，但係三文治嘅選擇多好多，同埋方便我一路行一路食~ 我買咗特級公司三文治✌🏻👍🏻 貪佢又有菜又有肉~ 有雞肉，脆煙肉，番茄，生菜配蛋黃醬，同埋用穀物麵包~ 食落去一啲都唔乾，因為有蔬菜，所以好爽口，而且好多汁嘅感覺，佢嘅蛋黃醬超級好味，除咗比沙律醬健康之外，仲越食越滋味，穀物麵包好健康簡直一食就愛上😍😘

而家返金鐘站附近Office, 成日都好難搵到好嘢食，尤其是早餐，難上加難！雖然地鐵站有好多唔同嘅選擇，但係價錢都算幾貴！前排試咗呢間覺得唔錯，所以想分享下佢冇得坐低食，只能夠好似我呢啲臨急臨忙就嚟遲到嘅人買返Office食🙈 初時見到佢每份三文治只有半份，好似覺得唔係太足夠！但係因為又想試吓，至少搵到個早餐嘅新選擇，所以就決定試吓我叫咗特級公司三文治，應該係招牌！佢嘅車打芝士三文治都好似好正～ 返到公司打開試吓，果然非同凡響，雖然只有半分，但係都飽肚，佢用麥麵包，中間有番茄同埋蔬菜，感覺好健康，仲係唔會太乾而食落好脆嘅蔬菜，好驚喜👍🏻👍🏻 真係好值得一試，係必定會再買既早餐😍

今日太忙碌，中途喺金鐘地鐵站嘅時候，發現左呢間食品鋪～因為太趕時間，冇時間坐低，所以決定幫襯佢試一試佢淨係三文治已經好多選擇，沙律，營養杯，芝士蛋糕，乳酪同麵包等都有，真係好多選擇，花多眼亂！我就貪方便，同快捷，所以揀咗三文治！不過三文治都睇咗好耐，因為真係太多味道！我為咗安全起見，揀咗招牌既特級公司三文治 淨係睇材料都好似好豐富咁，我貪佢有超級多菜，又有蕃茄，睇落好健康，所以就揀咗～ 仔細睇，原來仲有煙肉，雞肉同蛋黃醬味道方面，估唔到咁好食，雖然佢剩係得一份，但係已經覺得幾飽，用麥皮包，配合材料，竟然覺得好好味，唔會覺得好乾～ 生菜好新鮮，加上蛋黃醬同煙肉，呢個配搭好有驚喜 意想不到咁夾，會想食完再食 價錢方面，雖然就貴左少少，但係好值得間唔中食下都算係獎勵自己

收工經金鐘轉車，又唔想行太遠！所以在地鐵站攪掂！呢間咖啡店之前食過！兩間店嘅地方，可以立食，雪櫃淨低嘅選擇唔多！揀好去櫃檯，點埋咖啡！店員整好袋好比我！一 個紙袋，入面有埋紙巾！Cappuccino($31)咖啡夠熱，瓦通杯泡沫好滑（因為搭車無開蓋影相）咖啡味微甘幾香！唔落糖飲到咖啡味！好味！Avocado & Roasted Pine Nuts Salad Wrap牛油果烤松子仁沙律卷（$42）預製嘅！回家打開，卡紙淋晒，已切開兩件，個皮唔新鮮，比較實，菠菠菜爽口，牛油果醬多，松子仁唔多！味道偏淡（只有食物嘅原味！）敗筆係外皮太寧太實！店員有禮斯文！預製食物水汁一般！

晨早流流就紅雨，又如何，咪又係要番工.... 打工仔就係咁身不由己架啦～ 鬼叫你窮呀頂硬上！Lunch都係留番室內安全d~~ 如果唔係隨時變落湯雞，諗住食得健康d，就食pret啦忌廉周打蜆湯，夠晒足料，蜆肉夠多，亦有蔬菜，杰杰地，飲完包左一半BLT Sandwich，有煙肉、生菜、沙律醬，講明日日新鮮製造，完全食得佢佢既新鮮，入面塊煙肉好大塊再食埋個甜品埋尾，Five Berries Yogurt, 上面鋪滿nuts，再配plain yogurt and 濃濃既莓醬係底，整件事好配合呢餐takeaway總算可以令紅雨中工作既小弟提起不少精神
