SML: refers to Small, Medium and Large portions from their menu. I quite like the concept because it almost feels a bit like going to a tapas restaurant where you can just order a bunch of small dishes and try a bit of everything. The restaurant takes on a very playful approach with its decor while retaining a bit of sophistication and trendiness to it; almost feels like it was designed for young families spending Sunday brunches there.

I went to SML for dinner yesterday night with friends and I was very disappointed and fed up by the services there. The food is ok there but not surprisingly good. I read alot of bad comments about SML, but still saw many people dine in there. Well, why not give it a try?!It was around 12:30pm, the restaurant is half empty, we just walk in and no need to reservation. We ordered angel hair, fried veg., grill cod,....all food came with moderate portion with a good attitude serve's reminder regarding the dish size.Clams in angel hair were simply irresistable, it just so fresh! angel hair were tasty too with nice tomato sauce.Cod was grilled and it was crispy! very nice cook.Good service with nice environment, though the dish choices are limited.

SML位處時代廣場十一樓，食客頗多，建議預早訂枱。店內佈置以木器為主，較為特別的是數張長長的木餐枱，感覺原始causal，不過少不免要和他人搭枱。此店另一賣點是所有食品都有大中小三種份量供選擇。小份量食材通常有兩三件，適合一至二人。中份量則適合三至四人淺嚐。對於貪心一族，大可多點幾款小份量美食以滿足多心嘅你。是晚一行三人點了以下美食：鵝肝松露雞肉多士(M)：冷盤食品。鵝肝松露雞肉預洗撈勻放在玻璃瓶內備用，吃時圖滿在多士上。整體味道未見突出，鵝肝、松露及雞肉的個別味道亦未見吸引。蝦多士(S)：新鮮熱辣，炸得香脆。加上面上佈滿芝麻，令多士本身更加香口。鐵板墨西哥雞肉卷(M)：雞肉條、洋葱、各式辣椒及香料放在熱騰騰的鐵板上備用，麵粉餅皮及各式配料(芝士、蕃茄蓉、sour cream等等)分開盛載，配搭自由。煎鱈魚(M)：中規中矩。芝士煙肉意粉(S)：味道很濃，淺嚐不錯，多吃或會膩了一點。肉醬闊條麵(M)：面上佈滿香濃芝士，下層亦有醒胃蕃茄蓉，幾好食喎！

三個人order左：白汁煙肉意粉 - 超爆咸!黑松露risotto - 勁咸!燒雞with mango sasa - 鞋!tuna with vinegar sauce - 好多筋, 好腥!juice x 3 - 普通mixed juice，$48一杯 全部order medium size, 份量少得可憐，食完三個女仔再去anytime食朱古力心太軟，cream brulee & apple pie。有人請都唔會再去呢間sml!!!

As the name suggests, you can choose S, M or L of your dishes.The restaurant setting is very raw, very "Tree" kind of atmosphere.The restaurant serves Italian food, but the menu is quite short. Not much choices.... apart from choosing S, M or L.The food itself is not bad, but not delicious either. It's not fine Italian food, but very family kind of Italian food. And I must say, the allegedly fresh guava juice was not fresh and did not taste like guava either.
