第一次去食西餐私房菜,感觉新鲜。一入门口就有一阵阵香味。我地一行4人叫左个full menu,黑松露带子沙律,沙律汁酸酸地又唔会大多,好醒胃。芝士焗大虎虾,只虾一般,芝士同只虾夹唔到味。美国黑毛安格斯肉眼&西冷,澳州草饲安格斯牛肩胛,好重牛味,唔错。焗西班牙黑毛猪肋排系我既致爱,入味好香香草味,肉质实得黎又唔肥,正。卡邦尼白汁焗大蘑菇味道清淡,如果安排食完肉之后再食会好d。意粉临时转左黑松露意粉,感觉high grade左,味道适中但份量太多。

上次一试难忘,今日再来一次!感觉依旧,亲切的老板,体贴的服务,仲有回家既感觉。先来一个杂菜沙律,新鲜脆口!等紧主菜时,当然唔放过任食雪糕雪条和饮品啦!上主菜啦!特别要求热辣辣薯角,今次无令人失望!食完主菜,仲以为完结,点知老板再送上杂果沙律。又食完沙律,又以为完结,点知老板更送上窝心意粉!要介绍下呢尊严,系vainlla sea salt, 点牛扒一流!太爱老板啦!你话有边间餐厅好似阿妈咁,惊你食唔饱,不停系厨房煮野食俾你架!价值真系好合理,牛$150,猪羊都系$120-130,其他免费任食!

头盘《黑松露带子杂菜沙律》用咗特制嘅芝麻酱,两只大大只嘅带子,再加上一些黑松露酱,带子八成熟煎得恰到好处,外面煎得好香脆。 新鲜嘅杂菜再加埋佢特制嘅芝麻酱汁捞埋一齐食, 相当新鲜好味。《安格斯牛肋骨配薯角》安格斯牛扒我哋叫厨师煮了七成熟, 牛扒切成好多件, 阵阵嘅牛扒香味散发出嚟,再加上浓郁嘅调味料,食落口相当有牛味,肉质非常嫩滑。另外,薯角炸得好香口,好好味,再点埋茄汁,相当一流,牛扒系必叫的食品。《特制半肥瘦猪扒配薯角》猪扒相当肥美好大块,厨师预先将猪扒切开一件件,猪扒外面煎成金黄色,件件猪扒食落口都相当滑,半肥瘦,食落口一啲都唔韧,必食。《磨菇忌廉卡邦尼意粉》磨菇卡邦尼意粉卖相已经非常吸引,味道相当浓郁,意粉食落口唔会软亦唔会硬, 软硬度适中,再加埋佢新鲜嘅蘑菇同忌廉汁,好味。呢度还有各款各类嘅汽水,以自助形式,相当方便,还有各类雪糕甜品,任君选择。还有大型足球game机等等游戏玩, 真系适合一家大细同埋三五知己嚟呢度玩一晚,有得食又有得玩。

Living in Kowloon in the best as I can easily access any nice restaurants of any cuisine easily. While I am taking advantage of my location I still reach out for other options like this time. I went far to Fo Tan just to catch up with an old friend.She took me to a seemingly cozy place which is hidden in a building. The host, Daniel. yes I would call him a host is the only person taking care of the place which I mean he cooked for us too Very friendly welcome from Daniel and he let us pick any drink from the kitchen and chatted a bit with us while he started cooked. Interacting with the chef in the kitchen is the very first experience of both of us, and It is priceless. We can't call this a fancy fine dining place but this friendly chef and the food impressed us.Truffles with some green fresh leaves to make a good start. The dressing is just right, not too much. Scallop is a bonus to me, I love how sweet it is and the unique scent it comes with truffles.Seeing this pinkish color of the lamb I knew it must be a great one. I fell in love instantly once I took a bite. The chef did a great job cooking the lamb to the texture just as soft as i meant to be. Flavoring is great. When I took a bite, the slightly burn surface with some wonderful herbs land on my taste buds and gave a good note first then cames after the lamb addressed himself the very juicy feature. I miss the dish.Unlimited ice-cream. What to can't ask for more.

最近,我遇上中学时期的好友,一见面,我俩马上再次熟络起来,仿佛回到中学天真的时光。好友邀请我翌日一起共进晚餐,我当然不能拒绝她,因此,这天放工后,山长水远来到火炭。好友特意安排我们到这家在工厦的餐厅,形式上是类似私房菜的,好让我们可以自由舒畅地谈天。头盘是大大盘的黑松露带子沙津。酱汁是芝麻酱,酱汁多,所有沙津菜都沾到酱汁,十分美味。主菜是大大块的牛扒,分别是肉眼跟西冷。大大块的牛扒,使人十分满足。肉味香浓,肉质嫩滑。套餐还包括一份意粉,但我们已经满足了,因此,请厨师毋须准备意粉,以免浪费。套餐包括任食的雪糕跟饮品,都是自助形式的,按需要自取,十分方便。这间餐厅的食物都是大大碟的,食物质素亦令人满意。虽然食物卖相不是十分精致,但我跟朋友都十分享受这个晚上,尽兴地跟久违的挚交更新近况、一同回味青葱岁月,并享用丰盛的大餐。
