Well i went on a late afternoon, so not many ppl there.I was expecting some american staff, but the one i ordered from didnt really understand english.Anyway i ordered a cheese lovers, and should have taken note of the previous comments that the patty is half cooked.However the fries were delicous with the creamy mayo sauce, but the portabello mushroom was not fresh, it was pickled in vinegar sauce.For my tea, it was funny they asked me if i wanted milk. Went on a Sunday afternoon around 5:30pm so not many people there and ordered the classic burger ($54) + cheese ($8). The total of $62 includes a canned drink and fries already so it's about right for the price.The burger itself is actually pretty good. The meat is cooked to medium and juicy. The burger itself is actually pretty good. The meat is cooked to medium and juicy. I am sure you can ask for it to be more cooked if you want. I chose a topping of spinach (you can get lettuce instead) which was different but very good. The various sauces were ok, but I will stick with mustard and ketchup next time as all the sauces were mayonaise based which I don't like. The burger also has red onions. Because the burger had pretty stronger flavor, we could not taste the cheese so I will save $8 next time. The fries were freshly made an excellent, best fries I have had in a long time.

Service was excellent. The young woman serving was probably an owner. She was genuinely interested in our experience, explained everything clearly, and asked for our feedback. I'd give her 6 stars for service if I could.

The place is very small so don't expect it to be very nice. However, it is comfortable.

Overall, I like this place better than Triple O's and will go back for sure.

It's good to see new restaurant like this trying to develope some good food...There are several sauces avaiable here which, but almost all of them are derived from mayonaise, except maybe the katchup. As a result, their are a bit different from each other, but, no matter what you can still taste the base -- mayonaise. I ordered the classic hamburger.
It's ok, the patty is, as a called, "medium rare" which is better than many well-done places. You can see that it's a bit red within the patty. I won't call it juicy or tasty but at least it's not dry and hard which is already an achievement.

The owner is getting a lot of input, if I were her, I will do an informal survey from the customers, sometimes it's even more useful than some of the so-called critics. Why? Critics are authorities, right? Maybe, but the bottom line for making the food is, the customers are happy about the food or they will not come back. But such a survey would oftenly pointed to different directions. e.g. somebody may say that the buns has to be big, which is a good point, if you charge a burger for $60 and you give a small burger...
on the other hand, some may say, now, the bun is too big COMPARING TO THE PATTY, this is another key, it has to be the right portion. As some of us are saying here as well, when the bun is TOO BIG, you can't taste the patty well, it falls back to the image of being cheap. So you have to know what is too big and what is too small, it cannot be something random. This is the same for the patty, if the ground beef is not tasty enough, have to get something special and ground the beef at the shop. In fact, this is what some of the shops are doing...

Well, it all depends on, how the owner want the food to be.

In short, I like the shop, and I think they have room to improve and become even better.

今日和他來了這兒吃晚飯未夠七點去到,入面一個人都冇..叫左cheese lover同埋portal burger兩個我都試過cheese lover個扒幾好味,好大個,但我略嫌唔夠cheeseportal burger係一個大磨菇仲有D牛油果,好特別下喎仲有D薯條好粗,好好味仲有唔同醬可以試我冇去過其他burger店不能比較,但係都幾鍾意呢間野....如果佢開係D旺D既地方生意可能會更好!

如果佢開係D旺D既地方生意可能會更好!

Burger Joint 在上環,深入禧利街之中,不熟這區要找它,可還有些難度。晚上七時許來到,店內一個人客也沒有,還以為要關門了。探頭入內,樓面的小廝招呼我們進去,原來此店不是自助的,可以先坐下再點菜。漢堡包的款式很多,不喜牛肉的可選大磨菇、魚或雞,而配料亦可隨喜好增減。漢堡是即製的,要等好一會才上桌。小卡要的是磨菇漢堡,在漢堡扒上加了磨菇,連薯條和汽水,售五十元左右,比「三個O」略貴。此店有八款醬汁供客人自己下,除了茄汁外,還有不同味道的芥末,餐單上有店主建議的配搭。我點了起司漢堡,諮詢過店員,可把原來的Chedder 起司換成藍起司。先咬一口,先煎後烤的漢堡扒只是八成熟,豐富的肉汁濺入口中之餘,還流入盛漢堡的紙盤內。新西蘭牛肉味道甚厚,肉質細緻,只是搓得結實了一點,吃起來稍稍不及Shake'em Buns,不過已是非常高質。用的麵包亦很鬆軟,煎至微脆香口。最精彩是加入了藍起司,那種對味蕾的衝擊,是不喜藍起司的朋友所不能理解的。我加了茄汁及蜜糖芥末吃,後者很配合漢堡扒。薯條比麥噹噹的好,如果像三個O 那樣留有外皮就最完美。最讚是套餐連一整罐可樂,吃漢堡包一定要喝可樂。

2007-08-07一個人留在公司開OT 好慘呀﹐所以來這裡買些comfort food 慰勞一下自己吧﹐就試試他們介紹的煙鴨胸漢堡($68)。一邊吃包一邊看文件﹐是有點吃而不知其味的了﹐不過那酸酸甜甜的番茄醬汁總算是catch 到我的attention 啦﹐但那有點韌的鴨胸肉則不宜作漢堡﹐有時咬不開變成一啖有肉一啖淨包﹐再加上中式的菜葉作配料﹐口感奇怪。下次還是吃回比較傳統的包穩陣d 。不過外賣薯條﹐放了好一陣才吃仍然是外脆內軟﹐抵讚﹗

Me and my husband love burgers so much and we even make burgers at home. We saw there're a lot of good comments about this burger shop, so we decided to try it last Sat. We ordered a "Meaty Monster" and "The Shroom." Both patty look over-fried! When we taste it, it's tasteless and not juicy!! We were so disappointed! The meat has no beef favour at all! 點了一個cheese lovers 的漢堡包

以這個質素來說burger joint 係有誠意有水準..價錢合理...我一定會再去食的!!!

地點唔係太方便..不過環境舒適...老闆好親切..會好有心介紹自己造的burger & sauce !!

綜合而言..比MOS Burger 同Triple O 好食多了!!!!

見到呢度好評如潮,星期六放工就同鍾意食burger o既男朋友o黎一試...一踏入店,好香o既grill 味!咁啱有sofa 坐tim~ (全場最舒服o既位ar...)要o左兩個set, shroom 同cheese lover...其中一個fries 加HK$6 upgraded o左做onion rings...個餐一o黎到,wow...塊肉好香,食落仲好有肉味tim~比triple o &burger king 仲好食ar!!兩個burger 都好好食,但係美中不足係個chesses lover 唔係好夠cheese...個onion rings 只有3 件,下次都係要番fries 好o的,唔駛加錢portion 又多o的wor,可以點多o的homemade sauce ma...好滿足o既一餐!不過我就唔sure 下次會幾時再o黎食la...如果佢位置方便o的就好la~

又食貴burger、越來越喜歡吃高質素的burger。店舖細細,約十多個位,我們坐sofa 位,好舒服!我吃了hawaii,大大個,有漢堡扒(乾左少少)、煎過的pineapple (厚厚的一片,好味)、onion(給了朋友吃)和生菜,麵包脆脆地,不及triple o好味!sauce任選,我選了lemon mustard,沒甚麼特別!一定要選餐的,我不喜歡,因為太多了!餐包french fries n drink,french fries也很普通。drink是罐裝飲品,有雀檸架!!!!!這是我最欣賞的地方!!!!朋友仔那個,我唔記得係乜,哈。服務好好,很nice。我會prefer triple o 和mos。anyway,有人請!嘻嘻!多謝!!

買相一流, 第一淡食落口...嘩! 塊牛肉好香, 好juicy, 肉質鮮美, 比triple o 同shake'em bum 仲好食好多...個sauce都好好味...不過個飽就真係麻麻啦, 尤其下面個塊, 又幹又硬...如果佢嘅牛肉同sauce加埋triple o 嘅飽, 就正啦...anyway, 呢間野非常有心... 一定會再去...

味道唔錯不過又係個包太大舊肉太細喎...係真正炭燒既... 叫做好過shake'em buns 同triple "O"s 囉, mos/freshness burger 就梗係無得同佢揮啦... 不過應該仲可以好好多... 有幾多醬架,不過啲mayo based既醬就油咗啲$54 classic burger set 加$6 將fries換4粒炸磨姑好揾笨...加頂帽又加$6...$58 mushroom burger set(見圖) 連fries同drink我唔鐘意佢哋無得散叫, 因為我食唔哂(包太大)...仲有佢哋claim啲肉有160grams, 即係5 2/3安士... 我肯定舊肉得4安左右...ps.味道4分係比舊燒肉既, 抵食2分係比舊燒肉同炸菇既

看到這裡的食評幾好,而且還是一些相熟的食家,當然更加信得過,早前便和辣椒女來一試;因我們唔食牛,所以選擇比較上少,其中獨菇幾味和魚樂無窮,便是我們今次的選擇。獨菇幾味- 大大隻鮮菇,加上波菜和青瓜,配合得非常好,又爽又有鮮味,再加上黑醋蛋黃醬,更加吸引。魚樂無窮- 龍利柳燒得剛好,帶有一點點香味,魚肉又新鮮嫩滑,麵包很鬆軟,真係比很多食店更加出色。配合上香辣酸瓜醬,真的可以把味道提升了不少,記得不可錯過。薯條就比較一般點,外脆內軟,但口感比較粉了一點,汽水就用上罐裝汽水,方便又簡單,又不用清洗,但連碟也不用,雖然方便,但感覺就唔多環保了。價錢唔貴,食物出色,老闆娘又解說得很用心,實在值得一讚;希望它可以保持這份心機,繼續下去!環境比較濟迫,出入比較麻煩,值得改善一。

有問,如果選兩個不同價的迷你漢堡,是不是給較高價的?「不是的,我們會除番開計的。」好均爭喔。吃的是Da Salsa 和The 'Shroom:餡料是甚麼,味道是甚麼,不重覆了。難得的,是新鮮無醃的免治漢堡,果然no sauce 最好吃-- 夠生夠紅夠juicy 又夠火候。(講二十分鐘電話的前後亦然)「草裙娃娃呼啦啦」,不是吃完莎莎呼啦啦,而是其創業、守業精神,真的誇啦啦呼啦啦。要保持喔。
