唔好講笑啦，食墨佬野，就係要平靚正！不過佢開喺而家咁 hip 的灣仔，其實見門面都知又係要幫人交租...明知伏都行左入去...浸過幾年鹹水的我都有食開墨仔 food，加州/德州嗰種味道到今時今日喺香港都仲係搵唔到，你唔好同我講咩 Cali-Mex，學足美國連鎖店 Chipotle，但連個 Guac 都整唔好，真係好失望。講返 Verde Mar，環境唔錯，服務都好，但係你收我成 $168 一個淡而無味的 Burrito，個 Guac 仲衰過 Cali-Mex，真係🔥都嚟！連個 Beef Stew 都係水汪汪，完全唔夠濃郁。見到食評有人話好正宗，我真係 Sangria 都噴埋出嚟😨墨西哥野就係要剌激味蕾，要香，要辣，要濃郁，要少少膩，但係呢度完全比唔到我食 Mexican food 的快感唯一可話好的就係佢 D drinks，我同朋友嗌的 Sangria 同 Mimosa 都有用新鮮果肉，甜度同酒的混合都啱啱好，來 HH 食下 Nachos 都 ok 嘅。

香港好難得找到正宗墨西哥茶，飲品亦非常有特色。雞翼選少辣已經非常辛辣，職員說更高級的是全世界有排名的辣度。價錢稍貴，但在灣仔地段還可接受。下次會再去試其他菜式。

It's hard to find Ceviche in Hong Kong. Went to this restaurant to try (together with Tacos as that's famous for Mexico).Taco: Good quality (Not as juicy as those I had in Mexico)Ceviche (Snapper): The chef tried to make it original. The favor was similar to those I had in S America. However the quality of snapper was not as good as those I had in S America, making the whole dish only a fair dish. 香港不是很多地方可以吃到正宗的墨西哥菜，聽說這家餐廳是由墨西哥藉的大廚主理，相信能嚐到地道的墨西哥風味，所以今晚聚會友人選了灣仔Verde MAR試試，平時甚少吃墨西哥菜，所以都有點期待，不過今餐真的有點失望，而且還要餓著肚子走，最後回到屋企附近食麥當勞填飽肚子～餐廳環境別緻，酒吧位置放滿很多特色的酒瓶，有些酒的顏色還很漂亮～牆上也掛滿墨西哥的傳統飾物，整間餐廳也充滿墨西哥風情～桌上還放了墨西哥的旅遊介紹和植物，場內也播放著墨西哥樂曲～首先來個Tortilla Chip with fresh Guacamole，墨西哥脆片配上新鮮的牛油果醬，脆片本身一點味道也沒有，即使配上牛油果醬，除了牛油果本身的味道外，整體也是沒甚麼味道的⋯Chargrilled Cactus 烤仙人掌扒是採用用墨西哥空運到港的新鮮仙人掌，以炭火輕烤，當地人會加點海鹽和青檸進食，仙人掌含有豐富的礦物質、蛋白質、纖維素和鈣、磷、鐵、維生素C、維生素B，亦有助降低膽固醇、血脂和血壓，亦有排毒保健功效，是墨西哥人眼中是超級健康食物～第一次品嚐仙人掌感覺幾特別，仙人掌本身已經有微微酸味，口感爽但又有點像秋葵般的黏液在中間，

最近開始喜歡吃不同地區的菜式，今天來到這家感覺很正宗的墨西哥餐廳(其實是因為個裝修)，總要叫Tacos吧！・三款分別是雞肉、豬肉同炸魚內餡，個人覺得炸魚好好味耶！因為不想食太炸的東西，所以夾在薄麵皮內剛好～配埋清新的番茄，還不錯喔～・粟米果然香甜，奶香加上外層小脆質感，是不錯的～不過整體感覺成餐飯都乾左小小。・呀！佢Happy Hour買一送一紅白酒之外仲送小食Nachos一碟，那個Nachos好味好脆耶～

同朋友輕鬆一下， 搵啲野食下，傾下計～ 記得灣仔有間墨西哥餐廳有 辣度排名世界第二的辣椒Habanero Chili既噴火辣雞翼所以決定一戰～ 辣度有得揀，我問待應有乜分別，佢好詳細介紹及形容，而且面帶微容，感覺好好。雞翼個人覺得好惹味， 佢隻辣真係純辣，同埋喉嚨辣～ 但如果同川菜既辣比，我個人比較鍾意川菜既辣，因為香料比較多, 更有層次。另外，我個人係好鍾意食粟米片，所以見到粟米片我都會叫， 面頭係有牛油果醬， 亦有芝士，蕃茄粒粒粒，洋蔥粒粒，肉碎，由於有好多洋蔥粒同蕃茄粒，每一日都好清新，鮮甜，而且唔會漏，感覺好light。有別於平時食既芝士肉醬既濃味。話明談心傾計，啤酒又點少得丫！店內環境唔算太多人， 傾計，聚會都好舒服。

Pleased to find a Mexican restaurant. Fair portions for lunch and they even had horchata. For Hong Kong, it's as decent as Mexican fare gets, but when they say added guacamole is 10 more, they mean PER TACO, which is kinda deceptive.

Great service, great vibes, good Mexican music, best of all great authentic Mexican food. Definitely coming back for the tacos, ceviches, burritos and Al lam bre!
