A new teppanyaki restaurant in Causeway Bay!

性价比极高的新开张铁板烧餐厅《泷宴日本料理》
要抓紧时间享用超划算的试业价!
虽然是新开张,但已经看见有再访的客人,可见吸引程度 -
Sugar+是座立于铜锣湾的新商厦
不少高质餐厅已在这里陆陆续续的开幕
其中一家是位于26楼的《泷宴日本料理》
身处于高楼层,坐拥超美景观,包括维园跟维港一带的风景
可惜到访当天天气不太好,未能欣赏最美的景观
室内空间宽敞,楼底很高
有两边铁板烧位置,以及两排餐桌 -
这天尝了他们的〔Lunch special menu〕,是最基础的铁板烧套餐,包括三款刺身、两款寿司、以及六道铁板烧菜式
$428的原价已算划算,但适逢试业期间,他们更以$398提供这个套餐,性价比超级高
坐在铁板烧吧台,观赏著寿司师傅跟铁板烧师傅的表演,超满足 ♡ -
季节前菜 Seasonal appetizer
是日前菜为〔低温浸煮日本菠菜〕,上面放上木鱼丝,清爽开胃 •
季节刺身 Seasonal sashimi
三款刺身包括〔鲛鲽鱼〕、〔深海池鱼〕、〔拖罗〕
师傅介绍,〔鲛鲽鱼〕为一款右口鱼,肉质柔软,吃上去鲜味浓郁
〔深海池鱼〕鲜嫩细腻
〔拖罗〕当然是鱼油最丰富、最肥美的那件😋 •
本日精选寿司 Today's special sushi
〔金目鲷〕肉质细腻;以热水烫过,把油份逼出来
旁边的是〔𫚭鱼寿司〕,先刷上松露油、再洒上淡雪盐提味
两件都味道浓郁,师傅建议不用蘸豉油也可享受 •
香草牛油帆立贝 Scallop with herb butter
完成前菜,开始铁板烧之旅~
打头阵的有〔帆立贝〕
香煎过后,以香草牛油清酒汤汁作配搭
再加上三文鱼子,加添咸鲜 •
野生大虎虾 King prawn
再来同样是海鲜
原只〔澳洲虎虾〕煎得十分香
师傅建议可以先尝原味,然后再根据个人喜好,挤上柠檬汁提鲜
虾肉爽口弹牙;虾头有鲜味满溢的虾膏
另外还有冲绳县海苔作伴碟 •
香煎鹅肝 Goose liver
油香丰富的〔鹅肝〕相当吸引~
表面带焦香,入口充满油脂
配上薄脆吐司、黑醋,加入口感与味道层次,也可以减低腻感 •
美国顶级牛肉 U.S. Prime beef
牛肉选用顶级的U.S. Prime beef
可选厚烧或薄烧
贪心的我们当然是一人选一款😋 牛肉旁伴上洋葱沙律和日本水菜,进食途中可以清清口腔,解一解腻
厚切牛肉选了五成熟,牛香十足,口感软稔
薄切牛肉中间包裹葱蒜,特别香口惹味 •
铁板炒饭 Fried rice
饭粒炒得粒粒分明
还加上了炒过的樱花虾,很香口 •
海带面豉汤 Miso soup
渍物 Pickles
炒杂菜 Fried assorted vegetables
同时奉上面豉汤、渍物、炒杂菜
这样就完美了整顿铁板烧午餐啦
另外还可以加$30加配日本雪糕,把「甜品胃」也弄满足😝 -
