呢间前身叫Black Salt嘅小店,以前都系主打印法Fusion菜,座位好小,坐就一定唔会舒服,比较逼夹,不过嘢食水准都唔错。转咗手之后试吓,发现无咗brunch menu,只可以a la carte。Avocado Mess牛油果酱加上鹰嘴豆等配料,尚算清新开胃。Stuffed Calamari食落就系鱿鱼包免治猪肉,发挥正常。Slow Cooked Lamb Hindshank就真心唔太掂,首先肉质非常干柴,而且酱汁死咸,原全食唔到羊肉味,再加上本身已经好咸嘅corned rump,原全只系得但咸字。同以前Black Salt比,水准实在差太远,伏!This tiny restaurant was called Black Salt before. This tiny restaurant was called Black Salt before. Despite the packed and uncomfortable sitting, the brunch was quite nice. As my first time trying out the brunch at Pondi, we were informed that the brunch menu was no longer being served - hence, we could only order the a la carte menu. The avocado mess and stuffed calamari were okay - without any wow factors. The slow-cooked lamb hindshank was a huge disappointment: the lamb it self was extremely dry and tough. The sauce was really salty and overpowered the whole dish. And they even put corned rumps on top of the lamb!
