今晚拣咗上环呢间西班牙餐厅。坐低先知原来呢度有free corkage,又冇cake cutting fee,早知自己带埋酒黎啦!tapas都不负众望好出色,特别系个Crab Croquette,佢用上鲜蟹肉同蟹膏,外酥内creamy。另外就系个Clams in Green Sauce,呢碟用咗新鲜鱼汤熬制,清甜指数高到令我哋连汤都饮埋!Grilled cuttlefish with Green Allioli Foam个蒜蓉酱好出色,难怪比咁多我哋! Stuffed Squid in Black Ink Sauce 入面抱住猪肉碎。Portobello Mushroom Benedict 呢个combo好特别。Garlic Shrimp超浓garlic味。今晚我地第一次食cremacatalan,其实同crème brûlée 好类似,只不过系用牛奶而唔系cream,加埋柠檬同玫瑰aromatics,口感似melted icecream,超好食!食完都觉得呢到要mark低on list for日后搞party,呢到有private房,包场庆祝几适合。
