鱼生饭不新鲜，饭未煮熟，上菜极慢 严重人手不足 不建议午餐时间光顾等了三十分钟后，上枱的三文鱼及鱼子鱼生饭卖相合理，但一吃下去鱼生不生鲜，最弊是醋饭好像是半生米一样, 最后我和邻桌的顾客也向服务员反映，也剩下大半的饭结账离座，满心期待的新餐厅令人感到失望，我也只好去PRET 买三文治充饥希望餐厅能够重视食物品质及作出改善The restaurant speed is really slow and my order comes only after 30 minutes waiting time. The most horrible dish is salad and rice. With decent presentation, it is surprising that the rice is halfway cooked and the salmon is not fresh. The neighboring customers and I have reverted with our comments to the waitress and left after paying

Much more better choices if you pay $150 for a lunch set in Causeway Bay
I really hope that their chef can pay more attention to the quality of their food
