日本赤鸡翼 (Grilled Japan Chicken Wing Skewer ($34)
鸡中翼部分肉嫩多汁，鸡翼尖部分香脆可口，颇为出色。
The chicken wing tastes tender and juicy, wrapper with crispy and delicious skin.

厚牛舌 (Beef Tongue) $52
牛舌厚身，质感弹牙，撒上细葱令味道唔会太咸。
The beef tongue is thick and has a springy texture. The addition of onion reduces the saltiness.

鸡腿肉 (Chicken Thighs) $34
鸡腿肉用上明太子酱作调味，令味道带少量辛辣味道。惟鸡腿本身质感较韧，缺肉汁。
The chicken thighs are seasoned with Mentaiko sauce, which gives a slightly spicy flavour. Yet, the texture is quite tough and dry itself.

鸡尾外皮香脆，内里脂香味十足，颇为出色。

鸡胸软骨用上七味粉调味，微辣嘅味道与软骨嘅质感极为搭配。

虽然店家已经将五花腩烧得颇脆，再加上带酸嘅梅酱，但依然觉得油腻感偏重。
Although the pork belly is added with the sour plum sauce, we are still overwhelmed by the greasiness of the pork belly.

烧饭团 (Grilled Rice Ball) $48
烧饭团外脆内糯，简单嘅米香加上少量味噌已经令人大感满足。
The grilled rice ball is crispy on the outside and sticky on the inside. The simple flavour of rice and miso are already very satisfying to us.
