去理大任教其中一个最吸引我的地方, 就是吃到火夫的拉面和串烧, 这阵子佢又有新口味, 当然虾汤炸虾面是顶级水准, 但还是想看看经常转变的主食菜单, 他们会如何适应和处理. 今次吃的是牛肉汤面, 汤底是牛骨熬制的高汤, 以少少酱油调味, 纯粹鲜甜再加些咸香, 用上卷身的黄面, 挂汤能力很好, 口感偏爽合我口砞, 牛肉片没有雪味, 份量慷慨, 再比不少拉面店价钱便宜的情况下, 依然值得推荐.串烧的鳗鱼和炸蚝, 是这家店烧物和炸物的代表, 前者纯粹以海盐调味, 吃的是鳗鱼的爽弹肥美; 后者吃其香脆, 配以蒜蓉蛋黄酱, 配合蚝仔的浓鲜, 这样的神来之笔, 就是百吃不厌.I enjoyed the ramen and yakitori at Kafu while teaching at PolyU. I enjoyed the ramen and yakitori at Kafu while teaching at PolyU. They have new flavors and I‘m curious to see how they handle their changing main menu. The beef soup noodles were delicious with a lightly seasoned broth and thick, absorbent noodles. The beef slices were tender and the portion was generous. The grilled eel and fried oyster are popular dishes, with the eel being tender and the oyster paired with a flavorful sauce. This combination is always satisfying. Overall, kafu is a great place to eat with good food at an affordable price.
