Whenever I need a quick steak fix, I think of Golden Phoenix. The sizzling on iron plate is simply irresistible. The meat had been tenderized so it wouldn't make any huge difference in the texture even it got fully cooked. Two thick pieces of steak. Served with garlic or black pepper sauce poured in front of guests. Beautifully seared.
Interesting enough they offer different set menus in different outlets. At D2 Place they sell mostly pasta dishes and are currently having a 10% discount after 2pm.
