We started our meal with two starter : Parma Ham Caesar Salad and Gambas Al Ajillo. Both were decent and absolutely wow you. Personally I like their Gambas Al Ajillo the most. It served with sliced baguette and really fresh garlic shrimps, the size of the shrimps were relatively big too. While Parma Ham Salad was served with generous amount of greens, ham was a perfect match to the salad to step up flavor to more savory. One of the dish that left me in awe was their Black Truffle Penne Carbonara. The creamy delight showcases the perfectly cooked carbonara. Rich and savory sauce ties everything together. Black truffle was coated perfectly with carbonara and penne. Penne was cooked to a perfect al dente, and we had a nice chew.
Another dish that we ordered was Spring Chicken with Garlic Butterparsley and Avocado. Chicken was really tender and juicy, you can literally see those juice dripping when you cut it! And the garlic butterparsley sauce lifted the whole dish to another level, it was very refreshing and aromatic.
It was a pleasant visit which I would wish to visit again soon.
