歌赋街系我在香港最爱的一条街
短短两三白米 （都唔知有无） 一直以来都是高质素的餐厅
无繁忙的交通 楼上系住宅 可接受的斜路石级 返落地铁站极快
中环半山区静中带旺的完美演绎
Bedu的位置在街的中间 系外面看不到 但环境极好，在一条大楼梯下的空地 两边有树 有些人会坐在楼梯级上 正门对著空地 和外面环境融合 就好似在户外食饭般 完全好似去了欧洲
完美衬托出一个中环半山中西合璧的感觉
有一排bar台 夏天饮嘢应该都好正
餐厅唔算大 有一个open kitchen 所以台都会睇到kitchen 望到厨师用心烹调 令人好期待食物
又令人有一种 餐厅繁忙 好vibrant 的节奏
经过一轮挣扎 终于点好今晚的晚餐 因为每样菜色都好吸引 里面总有一些配搭和元素 令人好想试下
前菜特灯拣 hummus 因要比较和其他餐厅
第一次认识 tahini 中东式芝麻酱 加入后整体豆青味减低更滑 另外有一些红色的paprika油装饰 唔辣的
仲特登叫flat bread 配酱
一份3件 唔该仲可以点多2件 价钱按件计
烤到㶶㶶的味 上面仲搽了香料油 一定要趁热吃

加了一个 tabouli 沙律
全部切碎的 洋葱 番茄 parsley almond 和一些 superfood grain
好fresh 和 健康的生活
加了个塔吉锅饭 体验一下个陶锅
煮出来饭比较湿润 唔系煲仔饭的效果

中东煮法的牛肉串 我都好钟意食 因为牛肉都唔会过度调味 系原汁原味 只有肉和脂肪的味道

其实食完3-4份 已经有d饱
但不叫甜品 心不死
所以叫左 千层酥
完全超出我想像
见到甜品 我们已经wow 出声 隔离的食客都一齐wow
上面淋salted caramel
又暖又脆又冷 加埋果仁味脆脆 食唔停口
