I have seen the poster of this restaurant at times square for many times but haven't had a try yet because many of my friends can't take spicy (or only mild ones). I had to work overtime the other day and my colleague suggested going to time square for dinner. I finally get a chance to go there with someone who can take spicy food. We were at the long table which you have to share with other people but I think it's ok but it's not like the traditional chinese restaurant where people chat loudl

Their food menu is split into two parts (left side is all the spicy food, and the right hand side are the non-spicy ones). Their drink menu is very cute...they have recommedations based on how spicy the food you are about to order. We ordered the drink for level 2 (named something purple something...can't remember exactly) and it's really good.They give you complimentarty spicy popcorn, and this is the first time that I ever tried spicy popcorn....I think it's good
Since it's the first time I been there, there were quite a few appetizers which we would like to try. There were only two of us so we ordered the samplers, and the beef slices are the best. There were too much garlic for the "sliced porked in spicy garlic soy sauce" and I could only taste the garlic not the spicy part.
We also ordered crab and rice cake in wild mushroom sauce. I love that they pan fried the rice cakes first which made them slightly crispy at the outside.We tried one dish from the non-spicy side....string beans with minced pork. It's not good because it's too salty.
