Bagel took 30 minutes...

Waited for 30 minutes while they mixed up orders left and right. Since you can see them making it, it was clear they were very disorganized and had no proper "assembly line" system to put together orders. In the end, Bagel ended up being incredibly tough, not soft and chewy like a good Bagel should be. Gave this place two tries, not coming back for a third.
