This small & bustling restaurant serves a modern interpretation of Israeli food, itself very rarely found in Hong Kong. It is located on the quite St. Francis Street just off Queen’s Road East, closed to a few other good restaurants, roughly 10 min walk from the nearest Admiralty MTR station. We tried their $360 per head “Let us cook” menu, which is kinda economical tasting menu, comprising 7 or 8 small dishes with a good balance between vegetables, seafood & meat. We felt most of the dishes are skill fully prepared although a few were slightly too salty to our tastes. To summarise, this restaurant offers one of the best value for money meals we had for a long time. Highly & unreservedly recommended!!
