Been wanting to try this teppanyaki for a while since I saw many good reviews on openrice and I want to support more local HK style restaurants.We went for lunch and ordered a la carte. Slight pricey but we had two starters and 3 mains, along with yummmmm dessert! Of course had to get their kirin beer as well which is from the tap. Starters: salmon wrapped lettuce and a parma ham with a cheese bite inside. Refreshing and good start to the meal.Mains: was BLOWN AWAY by the lobster! I was so excit

We went for lunch and ordered a la carte. Slight pricey but we had two starters and 3 mains, along with yummmmm dessert! Of course had to get their kirin beer as well which is from the tap.

Starters: salmon wrapped lettuce and a parma ham with a cheese bite inside. Refreshing and good start to the meal.

Mains: was BLOWN AWAY by the lobster! I was so excited when I saw the chef cooking it on the pan - spreading all the 龙虾膏 on the lobster meat!!! Would not have imagined that a chef would serve it with mozarella and choux pastry. An interesting combo yet a very filling one too. I liked deconstructing it to eat it instead 😂

Needless to say, the foie gras was very indulgent for us 😍😍they had their own lemon sauce and egg white cream that was special. It was adorable how the chefs made their balsamic vinegar in a heart to serve it to us 😍

Finally, the 鹿儿岛F1牛 was very special - apparently not a lot of restaurants serve this in HK as its a new import, but this type of beef has a stronger taste and less oily. Loved pairing it with wasabi and their garlic bits. Medium rare is definitely the perfect cook for it. The chef also took time to cut some of the fat and cook it further, then sprinkled it on beef. $388 for this which I think is reasonable.

Dessert - big fat red bean sandwiched between two 可丽饼! Not too sweet, yet the pancake was quite chewy which added even more textures to the dessert.

Liked the exclusiveness of this place, would recommend 🙌🏼
