Exciting News‼️ Sick! Burger @sickburger_hk , a local fast food gem, has recently opened its second branch at Haven Street, Causeway Bay. In celebration of the opening, we are here to try out their HK-style burgers, which sets them apart from the rest👏🏻Starting with the signature, SIGNATURE SICK! Starting with the signature, SIGNATURE SICK! "E.B.L.T" ( 撚手牛肉汉堡) consists of a one-of-a-kind twist with a sunny side up in there. This does not only make the burger extra juicy, but also visually appealing. The burger features a huge angus beef patty, local spiced ham, tomato, sliced onion, lettuce, carmelized onion, cheddar and relish. The amount of fillings provides a burst of juiciness with every bite. Also, the bread strikes a balance, which isn't overly buttery.
SICK! TRUFFLE is seasonal and something for the truffle fans! This burger takes a more traditional approach, featuring the angus beef patty. Generously filled with truffle sauce and fresh truffle, it delivers a delicious experience that will leave you crave for more. You can also add more fresh truffle subject to an additional price.
For the side dishes, the coleslaw is fresh and sweet. It strikes a balance that provides a contrast to the burgers. The salty egg French fries are crunchy and rich, and I definitely recommend it🔥🔥
