𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒕 The Steak House located at the Regent Hotel and we were pretty impressed by their selection of cuts of quality of food! 🥩 ✨ Here’s what we ordered:🐄 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐞 (𝟒𝐨𝐳) - $280 hkd— Very generous portion size and worth a try! Flavours in this are comparatively richer, with a lot of the flavours coming from the pickles that have been incorporated. 🐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧-𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐬 - $268 hkd — These were amazing! 🐚 𝐏𝐚𝐧-𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐬 - $268 hkd
— These were amazing! The scallops were pan-seared to perfection and the yuzu beurre blanc sauce was absolutely delicious with the perfect amount of acidity and creaminess to it. They’re also topped with a touch of Oscietra caviar for an extra umami boost.
🦞 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐢𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐞 - $238 hkd
— Can never go wrong with a lobster bisque. The flavours in this are further elevated with a touch of XO brandy and dill oil for added aroma. The lobster bisque itself is creamy, with and a strong lobster flavour.
🥩 𝐔𝐒𝐃𝐀 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐤 (𝟏𝟔𝐨𝐳) - $1080 hkd
— One of the best steaks I’ve had recently! This was incredibly tender, with a rich, meaty flavour to it.
🧀 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐢 - $98 hkd
— This was so good! Was worried this would be too dense, especially alongside steak, but this had the perfect balance of flavours and wasn’t overly greasy or heavy. The lobster sauce was rich, but not overpowering, and this was nicely complemented with the melted cheese on top.
🍟 𝐏𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐨 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 - $98 hkd
— Crispy and well seasoned skin-on fries which were a great accompaniment.
🍰 𝐁𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐤𝐚 - $450 hkd
— Flambéed with a fragrant cherry brandy, this was the best way to end. The raspberry sorbet and chocolate ice cream combination was perfectly balanced, as the tartness of the raspberry contrasted well with the sweetness of the meringue.
