This place has always been a childhood memories for me. One can safely say that anyone who lives in Tai Po has tried this noodle place. Every dish is excellent, especially the fish ball. Unlike other 陈皮鱼蛋, this one is chewy and flavourful, truly one of their most well done signature dish. The noodle and the soup doesn’t disappoint too. Perfect match and is an excellent comfort food!
