Coming back to the food sharing world, I picked up a quite heavy but very familiar cuisine- German!German breads are one of my favorites, still remembered the exciting moment when I stepped into the bakery area of German supermaket!!! those breads with brown-to-dark color with lovely white opens, were just way too good. 5 different kinds of German sausages in one platter; the price is comparable lovely! While, the collection of the sausages are not very special, but meat-lovers shouldn't mind that much.

German knuckle is a must-try dish f you go to German restaurant! I admit the looking of this knuckle is extremely raw but it's a value money dish indeed! I don't mind the fat between the crispy skin and juicy pork, and I really appreciate the colloid-like white part around the skin.
