The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant and sophisticated, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations.

The porterhouse steak, which was supposedly dry-aged, lacked the depth of flavor that one would expect from such a cut of meat. I found myself needing to add copious amounts of sea salt just to bring some semblance of balance to the dish. Additionally, the steak arrived at my table lukewarm, rather than the piping hot temperature one would hope for.

The grilled asparagus was another disappointment, as it was overly oily and lacked the freshness that I would have expected from a high-end steakhouse. Overall, the meal was a letdown and did not justify the high prices charged by the restaurant.

While Wolfgang Steakhouse in Hong Kong may have a beautiful setting, the food left much to be desired. I would not recommend dining here if you are looking for a truly exceptional steakhouse experience.
